For reference, I have regular feet, 10.5- 11 running shoes, 10-10.5 casual shoes. I ordered 10W since I prefer roomier toebox, but they were more like 11.5 and extremely wide like 4E. After easy return, I reordered two pairs of size 9W and regular 9.5. Size 9W lengthwise was ok but still extra wide, so I decided to keep regular size 9.5 although they were a bit longer, since regular size 9 would be a bit narrowish for my liking.Another minor drawback, they don't have much arch support. Other than that, they are excellent, comfy, stylish shoes with a very flexible and pleasant midsole firmness. I would describe the midsole as a firm softness. These shoes are so versatile that you can wear them with shorts, jeans, khakis, and even sweatpants.
great show for the price.
These Rockports are well constructed, fit well, and are comfortable to wear all day.The only drawback is the color does not match the pictures on the web page. I bought "taupe" which looks brown on the web page, but in reality is more like olive.
Great shoe for the price, the width is perfect, however the shoe runs a bit large. Normally I wear a 10 1/2 4E and ordered 10 1/2, but the shoe feels more like an 11 4EOther than that a great looking and comfortable shoe.
The shoes looks great... i buy only wide shoes and this one is really wide, not like other ones which are sild as being wide but when you try it you don't feel so.. Very comfortable.. But i had to pick 1/2 a size smaller.. I normally use 9.5 W but for this one i got 9 W and it fits great
I hate these shoes. They run huge. Order at least 1/2 smaller or full size smaller, but even then, do not buy these, especially for long walks. I bought them for my trip to Cali. My toes were hurting, my feet, my everything was hurting. No heel support either. Do not buy these. Get Cole Haan instead. Buy quality! Even Nikes are better.
As headline mentions, these are beautifully designed shoes. The problem is they run large and really aren't very comfortable. I took everyone else's advice and went down a half size. Still a tad long but okay if I wear with thicker socks. The soul of the shoe is too soft and needs to be a little stiffer. Arch support is below average, but I fixed that with a customer orthotic. My recommendation is to look for another similarly designed shoe with higher ratings and a truer fit.
MY HUSBAND LOVE THESER, HE HAS SOME FEET ISSUE AND THESE ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE FOR HIM.
