According to the tracking info my item was delivered by UPS but was never received on Jan 9th. I've had this issue with Amazon since the beginning so this happens often. I've contacted Amazon right away but told me to give it another 2 days. So I've waited. A few days later I requested a replacement but they refused to give me a refund or replacement. Without having any prove of delivery (no picture taken) they indirectly assumed me of stealing and even after talking to a manager they refused to help me and I lost money and said this is my responsibility (based on how many returns I had in a short time, but this is because their drivers mess up and I'm taking the fall for it). This customer service is horrible, absolutely useless and rude. Anything that is lost under a $100 dollars is coming out of your pocket, delivered or not (new policy since Jan5th I believe). Unbelievable. Today there was a package delivered (Jan 15th) from UPS from Amazon (my package I was waiting for this whole time).I've cancelled the rest of my order which is about $15 and still waiting for my refund.I am officially done doing business with Amazon. You are horrible.The shoes are amazing!!! True to size. Beautiful. Like walking on clouds. Do not hesitate to buy them.

Great looking shoe, but not a great shoe if you are going for long walks or standing all day at the job. Puma should invest in a more cushioning insert for their shoes. Example: invest in memory foam for your shoes.

Very nice shoes, comfy and easy to wear, I love them because I can put it on quick!. I ordered a 7.5 because of my thick socks but I think my size would be fit nicer. You should order the size than you usually use
