This is the second pair of Propet shoes that I have gotten for my elderly mom. The construction of the shoe and ease of putting on and off is super important. I like the sturdiness of the shoe. Great product.
they are comfortable but need more velcro on the shoe so they will stay tight
This is my third pair of this style. I like them because they are very sturdy and last quite a while - my last pair held out for five years of heavy use. They aren't perfect, though. The Velcro-type straps are short, so if your feet swell and you need to adjust the uppers, it can be a problem. They are also on the narrow side. It's better to order a width one size up from your usual shoe. I've worn them in rain and snow, and they were fine, though they don't have treads designed for snow or ice. They're comfortable in temperatures down to freezing, but if it gets very cold in your area, you'll need thick socks and thus a larger size. They don't chafe heels or ankles. I will continue to buy these.
Because of arthritis in my hands I switched up to loops and straps on new propet shoes. Easier than tying knots and bows in shoestrings. I think the straps though are a little bit short. Other than that good price and I like the quality. You cant see spots of glue on them. Like others sometimes that come that way.
