Propét Women's W3915 Vista Walker Sneaker Review

I bought these for my mother as she has worn these for years. She’s currently in a nursing facility on account of having a stroke. These are sturdy walking shoes and she asked me to order her these and she is very happy with them.I have a pair in black and I agree. If you have a tendency to have cold feet, these will keep your feet warm. In fact, my mother told me she used to wear them in the winter as well because of how sturdy they are. Propet have all kinds of shoes, boots and sandals. They are supportive and stylish. I have have a pair of sandals that I wear to work with my dress clothes.One thing I want to note: Amazon double checked with me before I purchased these because I purchased the previous pair in a different size and they thought I made an error and wanted to be sure before I placed the order. That’s great customer service and I appreciated that they wanted to be sure I ordered the correct size. Thank you.

Good, solid, sturdy Velcro shoes. I bought these for my mother; she has trouble with fine motor control of her fingers and cannot easily tie her own shoes. It can end up being a safety issue.She can get her own shoes secured without having to ask someone else for help, which is nice for her. In an emergency, I think she would be able to get these on quickly enough that it wouldn't be a detriment.They stay on well and they're not so big she's tripping over them. They don't have that chunky sole that is getting popular again, so she can walk more easily.I would recommend these to anyone with physical issues where shoe tying is a problem. They're really easy to get on and off.

The shoes click all the boxes, EXCEPT the tongue and top of the shoe. Hit hits my the bend between the foot and my leg. Ouch.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've purchased in a long time. I wanted a shoe that could do double duty, and serve both as a walking shoe but also as something I could wear to the office. The Vista Walker fills the bill. They are made of leather, and the velcro fasteners give the shoes a sleek look.In addition, I was able to slip them on and wear them for hours right out of the box. My feet are hard to fit and also tender. I always hated shopping for shoes, because for the next 3 months I had to deal with blisters while I was breaking them in. Not so with Propet. These fit perfectly, can accommodate socks or nylons and give the right amount of arch support. The soles also have a good grip without being squeaky.I was introduced to the Propet brand a few years ago. I had purchased a pair of running shoes that came with a 1000 mile guarantee. Those held up until I hit the 8000 mile mark and were still very comfortable after lots of heavy usage. I'm looking forward to wearing these for at least 2 to 3 years.

Order a 6 1/2 wide, these shoes were roomy, but the insole didn't have much support and they were so stiff they hurt the top of my foot.

These are great shoes. They seem to run a little small, so I ordered the next size up. I had the same shoes before in my regular size & they hit the ends of my toes. I really like the shoes. They're comfortable & waterproof & have good treads. I wore them all over Paris recently & they're nice looking, enough that I didn't feel like I was wearing American sneakers & standing out as an American! I wear them with nice trousers & they look good. I like the velcro - that makes them easier for me to bend over & put them on & the velcro doesn't come untied!

First, I have arthtitis in my fingers, so an easy open and close shoe was my preference. Great qualityshoes with Velcro closures are hard to find. I have been watching for a nice sale on this Propet walker, and the wait was worth it! The shoe fits a tiny bit looser, to allow one to wear comfortable walking socks, as opposed to those thin dressy or 'too cute' socks. The ratio of height in heel to ball of foot is just right, the heel is high enough to support all day walking, as opposed to some lower heel shoes. The toe box is roomy so your toes will never feel cramped, like in a narrow or tapered toe box (Bye bye to my still "kinda new" DrScholl's cramped toe box shoes!!!!). I broke my ankle in three places several years ago, and I rely on a great supportive and comfortable shoe to be able to get me around all day if need be. These are the walking shoes I will be wearing for casual wear, and als for as dressy as I can get away with.. The top is all leather with woven leather strip areas to allow the feet to breathe.

I recently purchased this shoe for my 86 year old mother who has right foot issues. The shoe was very comfortable but because of her foot problems the Velcro strap was too short, so we had to return the shoe and this is where "BUYER BEWARE" comes in!! I was under the impression to return the shoe I would get a full refund as long as I paid for the return postage. WRONG .... I purchased the shoe for $ $66.89 and my return credit was only $48.51 I contacted Elite Hero to find out why and because I returned the shoe they charged me $5.00 for the original postage to send them to me (which was suppose to be free) then they charged me a 20% restocking fee. They said that was Amazon's policy, if it is it's in tiny print! I have purchased several items online through Amazon and have never run into this situation, if I had known I would have stayed clear of Elite Hero. Lesson learned .... I will never purchase anything from Elite Hero again!!! It's not worth it when there are so many "free" sites for online shopping.
