I wanted this type of shoe and couldn't find it in narrow until discovering Propet on Amazon. Only this particular style works because it has stretchy, triangular inserts on top. This feature accommodates my high instep (and the arch support does the trick for my high arch). I had to return a similar pair that did not have the flexible inserts. All told, this Propet with elastic inserts on top is the only brand I found in narrow. I am very satisfied and watching for the same in another color.
