The Propét Women’s TravelActiv Mary Jane Walking Shoes stand out primarily due to their thoughtful design intended for maximum comfort and support. Let's break down the key elements that make these shoes worthy of attention:
Comfort: The cushioned foam insole is one of the highlights; it adapts to the contours of your foot, providing a plush feel. You'll appreciate this if you're on your feet for extended periods. Additionally, the breathable mesh upper ensures ventilation, helping to keep your feet dry and comfortable throughout the day.
Fit: Available in XX-wide widths, these shoes cater to women who need a little extra room. The adjustable strap allows for a customizable fit, which is essential for maintaining comfort as you walk.
Support: The structured heel counter provides stability, essential for casual walkers and those who suffer from pronation. However, individuals needing more arch support might find it slightly lacking.
Style: These shoes do not compromise on aesthetics. The silver color adds a touch of elegance, making them suitable for both outdoor adventures and casual outings. Pair them with jeans or a dress, and you’re set!
Maintenance: Being machine washable is a significant advantage, particularly for those who lead an active lifestyle and prefer low-maintenance footwear.

While running large, I have been able to use my custom orthotics and additional cushion to have the most lightweight and comfortable summer shoes ever!!! With bunions and a very narrow heel, the elastic strap works brilliantly. They are stylish and I always get compliments. The while soles are not as big a problem as expected and the ones purchased early in the summer still look new. Highly recommended, especially for those with foot issues or custom orthotics.
I have been trying to find a pair of shoes to replace my regular walking shoes for about two or three years. I have ultra wide feet. I also need a flexible sole or I trip. These fit my wide feet and have a flexible soul. They are so comfortable I decided to make them my indoor shoes and wear them around the house from the moment I get up in the morning until I go to bed. My floors are ice cold and these keep my feet from getting cold on my floors. I also feel safer walking in these shoes than in stocking feet or slippers. When it gets closer to summer I'll buy another pair for outside.
I ordered these shoes for an upcoming trip and I'm so happy with these, except I really wish they had arch support. The shoes are even better looking in person. I ordered brown and it is a lovely color. The shoe is very light on the foot, yet it has a nice substantial feel when walking. The strap across the top keeps the shoe well adhered to the foot while walking. The only thing that would make this shoe better is a strong arch support, like the ones found in Bzees shoes.
These roomy, soft, cute, canvass shoes are some of most comfortable I have owned. Very light weight and exceptionally cushioned against pavement (both sole and insole).SIZE: On the large side in length and width (bought 12M), so some wiggle. Easy on and off without opening velcro. The feeling of wide width may be partly due to shoe flexibility.STYLE: Silver is very light gray that is almost silver. Some, but very little sparkle in the right light. Vamp is a little long, but doesn't look it due to roundness. Shoe looks smaller than it is even in the larger size. Attractive simplicity. Got compliments.COMFORT: Elastic "V" strap goes around foot bone so very comfortable. Insole padding is very good and it has the little bit of arch support (the footbed does not). Insole is easily removable if you wish to replace with your own. Toe area has just enough height to not pinch at all. The "guard" around the toe is a little more firm so protects shoe stretching from little toe knuckle around to ball joint of foot. The lacy netting is very flexible and slightly (hardly noticably) stretchy. These are so comfortable that they could be used as slippers or worn continually.PRACTICALITY: Lightweight sole has good traction and is really squishy. No experience cleaning yet. Packs easily. Not good for wet weather. Well made. (and no, I didn't get paid to review. I just really like them)
Love, love, love these shoes. It's so hard to find good, comfortable, supportive shoes that don't irritate my tailor's bunions. If you haven't bought Propet shoes before, you should know that their sizing system is ridiculously off. I am a size 8.5 E but often have to get a 9 to get the width right. In Propet, I am a size 8 or even 7.5 E, depending on whether it has straps (since that helps a looser shoe stay on). These size 8 E shoes were still a little loose for me overall (the toe box was perfect), but luckily I also had another pair of Propet shoes that I'd taken the insert out of to put my orthotics in. I took that extra factory insert with just a bit of arch support and combined two inserts in each shoe. That ate up just the right amount of extra room and gave me a decent amount of arch support.Propet shoes are worth the money for those of us who like cute shoes but have problem feet. I have owned another pair of the previous style of Mary Janes for 4 years and they have stood up to all kinds of abuse, including having to be scrubbed hard and go through the washing machine like six times due to a gasoline pump failing to shut off and filling my shoes with gas. With enough grease-cutting soap and several times through the washer, I was able to save them and they are going strong! These shoes are great for walking with the comfort of tennis shoes but they look dressier. You can't go wrong! Just make sure you order shoes that have free returns so you can try different sizes and find your appropriate Propet size!
These are perfect. I wear an afo on my right foot and these shoes are so comfortable with thebrace. I highly recommend them.
These mary janes are the comfiest shoes I own. I can wear them all day long without feeling any discomfort on my bunion, bunionette and hammer toe. I have had them for years and they are still intact.
I wear a size 8 medium shoe so this is what I ordered. The shoes are just adorable but they’re too big and I wondered if they typically run large and should I return these and order a size 7 1/2. If I can get the size right I would love to buy several pairs but I don’t know who I should contact.
