This shoe fits my short, wide feet very well. I bought a pair of this style/color Tami shoe around four years ago and they've worn well and are always comfortable. I bought another pair (and a pair in a lighter shade of gray - these are more charcoal than black) because I was afraid that by the time the original pair wore out or looked a bit old I may not be able to find them again. I was surprised to see that they cost considerably less this time. Perhaps this is because it's an older model shoe. I think I paid the same amount for the two pairs I just purchased as I did for the original pair. Propet makes a nice shoe and if you have a wider foot quite a few of them come in wide and double wide (2E) widths. I've done a full day's walking around in this style and my feet were not sore after spending a lot of time out and about.
My toes go all the way to the end which is usually never a problem with a 9. Will keep them as they are pretty comfortable for a short work day, however would not wear them for a long one.
I have a narrow foot and that's why this was attractive. It's just not really narrow. I have to double my socks if doing something that requires a lock of traction. And the show is quite cheaply made. Inside cushion is good so far.
First, I ordered the womens 8.5 EE. It was too snug on my toes, and loose on my heel. I expect the loose heel and can add stick-on padding to keep my very narrow heel in place. Although I ordered the EE width, it was too narrow in the toe box, so I ordered up to the womens 9 EE. Now my foot slid forward. So even though I ordered the EE width, the show narrows down too quickly in front to fit comfortably. If you have wide feet, these may not be wide enough. The easily removal insert will need to be replaced with a quality support for your foot. Like most shoes today, a ridiculously cheap and thin insert is the norm and offers no support at all in this shoe. The shoe bottom and tread is great, very flexible, not heavy, just right. I really wish the shoe was a roomier toe box, especially for those ordering EE widths. As I barely wore these shoes but a few minutes, I easily returned the still tagged shoes, box and packing material and per Amazon Prime Free returns, and was quickly refunded.
I returned these because I could not even get my very narrow foot into this shoe which was soooo short.
I wear sneakers all the time and own a few pair, but when I saw these on sale in my size (9 narrow), I couldn't resist. Some Propet shoes I have owned needed an added insole to fit properly, but these shoes come with what they call an "ortholite" insole, so they provide support for my weakend arches and fit comfortably without any need for me to add an orthotic device. I don't often write reviews, but these sneakers are so lightweight, flexible, and good looking, that I have to talk about them. My clunkier sneakers are gathering dust.
I love the shoe. I have a hard time finding shoes that have a wide enough and deep enough toe box. I ordered the extra wide and it was wide enough to accommodate my bunion and my orthotics.
This footwear did not fit my wide-width size feet although it was ordered in the size I usually wear. Must run small, as very tight fit. Color and style are nice, though. Liked the two-tone effect between top of shoe and bottom. Good, rugged sole.
