My husband goes through a well made pair of shoes about every 6 months. He is on his feet a lot. These are the ONLY shoes he will wear. I pray Propet will continue this line always. They fit him well. Seems the sizing is accurate. Not too wide but wide enough. I know everyone has a different foot so only based on my husband's. They are made well and hold up to his rugged use. Good arch support and he requires it in his shoes.
I am having so much trouble with my left heel the nurse told me not to wear them at the present time, to wear only bed room slippers. I did wear them one day and I thought they were comfortable. Hope soon to get them on again. I have part 2 diabetes and have some neuropathy. TRev. Joseph Lizor
Quality constructed shoe. I run between size 10.5 and 11 and bought an 11 to make sure it wasn't to small. (Buying shoes mail order is always a challenge.). Turned out it ran on the large side so I would recommend ordering on the low end if you are between two sizes. Being a large man, I like the velcro. Not easy to find in a dress shoe. The shoes are comfortable but would have preferred a little more cushion. Will probably replace insoles with after-market ones.

I have neuropathy. I couldn't believe how good these felt just trying them on. After walking around the house a bit, these were a keeper. I now look forward to putting these shoes on in the morning. I stay comfortable all day long. Love the "Try before you buy" option.
I'm a female who has worn men's shoes for decades, because women's shoe manufacturers have decided that women are not allowed to have wide feet. In both New Balance and Skechers, I wear a 4E. Admittedly, I have to be careful about the styles I choose to made that width work for me, as I also need plenty of room in the toe box. The Propets I ordered had a different system for labeling wides, but the fine print assured me that what I was ordering was equivalent to a 5E. When I tried them on for the first time, they immediately made the top of one foot ache, right across the widest part of my foot. Not a promising start. They felt hard and uncomfortable, with little padding anywhere. The vertical distance from the sole to the top of the toe box seemed skimpy as well. I took them off and removed the insole. That made the shoe fit slightly better, but also removed the only padding. I decided to put them aside for a day, and try them on again the next day. They didn't feel any better, and most importantly, they seemed so stiff and unforgiving that I didn't think they would loosen up over time. I returned them. I'm still in search of a brand whose extra-wides are wide enough that I can order confidently without examining the design and the specs minutely.
My dad loves these shoes. They are roomy enough and comfortable for him to walk in. Quality shoes.
