The Propét Men's Stability Walker Walking Sneakers stand out as an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and support while walking. The wide forefoot area allows for ample space for your toes, reducing discomfort that can be common in more narrow shoe designs. The soft cushioning throughout the shoe provides superb shock absorption, perfect for those who spend extended periods on their feet. Additionally, the removable insole is a notable feature for anyone looking to use custom orthotics, making this shoe versatile for personalized comfort.
One of the most significant advantages of these shoes is that they are Medicare approved, which means you can benefit from reimbursement programs if you qualify. This approval highlights the product’s emphasis on health-focused innovations, particularly suited for diabetic individuals.
However, some users have reported that the shoes can run larger than expected. It’s recommended to try them on or consult the sizing chart to ensure a proper fit. Also, the style choices are somewhat limited, which might not appeal to everyone, particularly those looking for trendy colors.

Perfectly fit with the orthotic insert. Did not have to sacrifice fashion for function.
Not comfortable
This is my second pair of these shoes. The first pair lasted over five years. Love 'em!!!
Bought these so my husband could use his own orthodics in them so no real idea about the arch support that comes with them. He is very happy with them.
These shoes are very cheap, yet very strong and very comfortable, I find that they are very pleasing to the eye.
Not bad on their own but they do not accommodate orthotic inserts very well even with the manufacture'so insert removed.
With gout and or bunions you need a wide shoe. "Pro pet" comes very close.
all good
