The Propét Men's Stability Walker Walking Sneakers excel in various areas that matter most to individuals seeking comfortable footwear for daily use. First off, let's talk about comfort. With their cushioned PU insoles and memory foam toppers, they offer an unparalleled level of coziness that makes you feel as if you are walking on clouds. This is particularly beneficial for diabetic patients who require extra padding to mitigate foot fatigue.
Stability is another critical feature that sets this shoe apart. The wider forefoot and heel base design gives you confidence in your stride, reducing the risk of slips and falls. Additionally, the extended internal heel counter provides an extra layer of support that is essential for maintaining proper posture and alignment.
One standout aspect is the Medicare approval, which eases the burden of costs for those who qualify, making it more accessible for many. This feature alone makes the Propét Stability Walker an attractive option for your shoe collection.
A potential downside is that some reviewers have noted the shoe's bulkiness, which might not suit everyone's aesthetic preferences. While they are primarily designed for functionality, incorporating them into casual wardrobes could be a challenge for some.
Overall, the Propét Men's Stability Walker Walking Sneakers deliver on their promise of comfort, support, and durability. They are worthy contenders for anyone prioritizing their foot health, especially those managing diabetes.

I've worn the brown version of this for about 5 years as a casual shoe, in 10.5B. I really like it. However, twice during that time I've done some extremely fast walking for several miles and gotten "runner's toe". When I decided to buy a new pair and use them on the treadmill as well as casual walking, I bought this a half size larger to give me a little more room for my largest toe. It still feels like a good fit, and the first time I wore it I did 100 minutes uphill on a treadmill, longer than I should. Although it wasn't broken in yet and that was dumb, it was fine.Note that the sole is slightly wider than the shoe, which gives you more stability, but initially this might feel a little different than you're used to. Very comfortable, and other than the length problem above for my particular foot under extreme conditions, I'd say the fit is generally accurate. Light weight and highly recommended.
The soles wore out after a few weeks, can't wear them any longer. Found a 2A online sole started to fall off after 1st wearing.
Maybe should have ordered a 1/2 size larger, length is a little close but so nice to have a true, narrow width shoe.
Have ordered these shoes for years from the maker as they can be adapted for a crippled person. I take to shoe store & they fix shoe as needed for my son.
