These shoes fit better than any others for me, and I've tried several other manufacturers. I have very wide feet with a high instep and gout damage besides - they're great for my ugly feet. Not too fond of the reel system; I've managed to pop a knob off while getting out of a barber chair already, but I can use it if I'm careful not to pop it off again and be gentle, I suppose if and when it does fail for good, I can find a way to lace them. Also, I believe the price just increased considerably - glad I bought 2 pair when they were less expensive. Recommended.
Imagine my surprise when I saw this pair of shoes doesn't come with laces, but has a wire and a reel. Took a few minutes to figure out loosening because there are no instructions. In all, comfortable and worth the money.
First pair of these shoes were broken. The ajustment nob was broken, had to send them back. Got the replacement pair seemed OK. After about 2 months the heel started to come apart. The nob on the back of the shoes keep getting caught up when going down stairs and getting out of the car. Will never buy again.
The shoe is comfortable feeling. Appears to be well made. The tying system takes longer to adjust tight enough than it would take to tie shoelaces. The system does not hold my heel tight enough to the back of the shoe. So I will not be wearing them for more than short walks or short time out in public. The only reason I am not sending them back is that they were on sale for only $20.00
I am a below the knee amputee veteran. These shoes provide me great stability and balance with my prosthetic. Also easier surface transition. The quick lace is a bonus. Easy on and off. However, any shoe depends on the person and application. I can only give you my personal experience and how well they worked for me. Time and more use will tell 🤔

Very disappointed. For the money spent I expected reasonable quality. They are heavy and they feel like they are made from melted down old Legos. Second star only because they look like the picture.
Really didn't pay attention to the description, saw Propet walker in my size and bought. Kinda' like the reel fit system. I've never been one for socks and the first time wearing opened a huge blister on little toe of one foot. Seems like the interior seem cut funny causing the rub point. Left shoe was fine. I'll see if I can trim or add some moleskin. I've worn Propet for my everyday work shoe and support is great.
