I have purchased sneakers for my husband for years. I’ve tried Kenneth Cole and other good names. They all turn to garbage in 6 months. Since my husband only wears 1 pair of shoes besides dress shoes for work he wears his same pair of shoes the rest of the time. These are clearly high quality. The leather is thicker, laces are sturdier, and the look great. I had never heard of this brand but the reviews convinced me to give them a try. He loves them. He said it takes a few days to break them in, but now they are very comfortable. If you are sick of buying shoes that fall apart, these are the shoes for you. For reference my husband wears a size 9.5 and that’s what I ordered and they are a perfect fit. Highly recommend.
I now own three different pairs of Olukai shoes and love them all. The foot bed support is excellent and overall the materials are constructed very well.
First off, I don’t “take care” of my shoes. I wear them out, rain, dirt, mud, whatever. I’m sure they would look much nicer if I were to clean them more regularly, but alas I am not that person. I wear these DAILY. Easy to slip on, and then pull up the backends when I get to work. Easy to take out the trash. Leather is untimely in fashion so they aren’t going out of style. 5/5 would recommend.
I've lost count of how many OluKai shoes and sandals I own. Living on the coast in FL and with most free time on the water, their flip flops are an every day staple. I also own 3 or 4 pair of their shoes and love them. These are no exception... mostly. These are good looking shoes and very comfortable to wear, even on the first day with limited break in. Fits as expected.My only complaint is they are LOUD. Like, squeak when you walk. I'm sure it's because they are real leather, but goodness they are not quiet. Don't try and commit a crime in these, because you aren't sneaking up on anyone! I have other leather shoes that don't make noise like this. I've worn them to work a few times now (office environment) and the team I work with has had some giggles at the noise these make.I'd still likely buy them again. Great shoes... just don't be surprised at some leather squeaking.
What I love about Olukai shoes is they come out of the box with a crip new look but they fit and feel like they have been perfectly broken in, especially with leather shoes such as this.Perfect appearance and is extremely comfortable.Love that the back of the shoe uses the Olukai patented design allowing you to slip on the shoes when in a hurry without damaging the heel of the shoe.
My husband finds this OluKai brand to be not only the most comfortable shoes he’s owned but they’re also on trend, which I like because it helps to style him up. I like to give him a pair as a gift for Father’s Day, birthdays and Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Being over 50, it’s rare to find products or clothing and shoes that really make you satisfied and want more of, this brand is an exception. You can’t go wrong choosing OluKai. This particular style will look great on him when he dresses casual. When I bought this style for him I thought he would look nice wearing them on date nights out for dinner or on cruises.
Love the shoes- they are comfortable and look great for casual and work- unfortunately a couple months in and the sole came apart
These shoes feel great from day 1. I like the fit and feel better than my similar Cole Hann's. Like others have said, I will likely get another pair at some point.
