The shoes are comfortable and great fit.
We went through a 2 pairs of Metcon 7’s and the tread starting to delaminate off the sole where you flex when pushing sleds. We were looking for a continuous tread without different colors / glue on sections. This style has a continuous tread and seems to be holding up to the demanding use.
It is comfortable and feels good for running, the inner part feels elastic and soft so it's good for the sole.
I’ve been looking for some metcons that I loved and finally found them! I ordered a mens 7.4 (I wear a womens 9) and they fit perfectly! Fast shipping. Excellent product!

Just few days using them and their mesh started to get broken, in my opinion they are not worth it for Any kind of training
