I was concerned after ordering because another reviewer was surprised that the size was different than what they expected. I always buy New Balance because it is the one shoe that has the right amount of arch support needed for my feet. 11.5 (M) is what I buy, and there is no difference with these. 11.5 is 11.5. Don't let that other reviewer make you second guess.
