I bought the size I usually buy in other tennis shoes, and they were too tight, if you plan to buy them it is better one size above usual.
We ordered a 11 comes real nice with all the tags in a Lacoste box but it was way too small so we had to return them for a 12 which if fits perfectly.

I read reviews before purchasing and after reading them bought two sizes to see best fit planning to return the one that was the wrong size. I normally wear a size 10 but bought that and a size 10.5. I am also a relatively skinny guy so don't think I have abnormal feet and have never purchased or needed Wide shoes. These shoes immediately felt totally uncomfortable when just putting them on. Severely restricting my foot. I took them off within seconds for relief. Length was fine, just constricted the heck out of my foot. Returning both sizes and not repurchasing another size of this shoe. Bummer since I was excited to get a shoe that reminded me of the Alligator preppy style I grew up with (in the 80s). Never have had this experience before with any shoes.
I was really surprised how comfortable these are. The hanging cardboard tag lists that these have additional orthopedic soles—and YES they do! Very high quality craftsmanship, and look very stylish. Love these!
Read most reviews that complaining about the narrow toe and undersized problems. I normally wear size 10, and this Lacoste sneakers fits well in my size. Choose sold by Zappos to prevent authentic confusion. Glad to make this purchase.
