I bought these gray striped Keds for a 2 week trip to London. I have a couple pairs of water-resistant Keds that I love but are not great spring shoes. I got the size 9, which is what I wear in my other Keds. These size 9's were a bit larger than my other Keds. I thought, at first, that I would have to return them, but I tried them for a couple days at home and they seemed fine. The real test was my trip to London, and these shoes were THE BEST! I walked between 5-10 miles around the city everyday and these shoes were fabulous. It was actually good that they were slightly too big (my feet always swell after hours on my feet and then my shoes start to bother me), but these cute shoes never hurt my feet or gave me blisters. The thick padding on the heel was incredibly comfortable and never rubbed. I also wear an insert with all of my shoes and the insert fit perfectly in the shoes. Another thing I love about Keds is the shoelaces. Every other pair of lace shoes I own need to be double knotted to keep them from untying, but Keds shoelaces never come untied with a single. They are also the cutest shoes ever! I have gotten many compliments. And, the price is absolutely awesome. The only slight negative with these shoes is that they are canvas and very light (basically white) and I picked up a lot of dirt while tromping around the city, but that doesn't really bother me. I plan on buying more colors. Overall, these are my new favorite shoes!!!!!
This is my second pair of Keds from Amazon, and I have been happy with both. They are very comfortable and very true to size. No pinching in the toes or rubbing against your ankles or top of your foot. Keds has been in business over 100 years for a reason...they're one of the few companies that have maintained quality and affordability. I didn't need an insole, as they're comfortable enough to walk in for hours, but some people might prefer to use them. They do have good instep support, unlike almost all other moderately priced canvas sneakers. (Tretorn is another exception, but they are pricier.) These "sneaks" are a classic and have never gone out of style. They look good on your feet, not clunky at all. I wear them with everything- jeans, shorts, and even with my dressy maxi skirts for work. If they get a little dirty, just pop them in your washer and they're as good as new!

I love KEDS brand and have many of the styles. I love the sneaker received - true to my size 7 1/2, very stylish and comfortable but what the heck happened to the color? I previously ordered the Chambray Navy - PERFECT, just as shown. On the other hand, the color TAN that this sneaker is shown as, was not what I received. So I am wondering, did someone put the wrong color sneaker in the box titled TAN or is the color shown when ordering not really what the color of the sneaker is... I am keeping it but sure would like that tan color. Not taking the chance to order the tan though...

The sneakers are comfortable and stylish. The insole can be removed if you are not afraid of removing a little glue. Normally I wear a wide, but these fit fine. The only thing I would like is for the laces to be a bit longer for arthritic fingers. I solved this by ordering a long pair.

I wear a size women’s 10. The shoes fit okay and are moderately comfortably- a bit tight around the widest part of my foot. They also squeak when I walk, so I don’t wear them a lot. The “cushion” at the sole feels like a memory foam, but where the ball of my foot is feels lumpy and uneven when I wear the shoes, but if I feel the area with my fingers there were are no lumps. Otherwise they look cute on. I just don’t wear them often because they squeak and are kind of tight and lumpy.
