Not only are these shoes appealing, design-wise, they’re also very comfortable to wear. I walked around in them for about 2 hours and they didn’t irritate me at all or make me feet hurt. I love the color too, the white and blue at the bottom are really nice, and the see-through mesh on the sides are also attractive as well.
These fit me perfect. I ordered my regular size and they feel very comfortable. The sides are transparent so your sucks are going to be seen.
These shoes are certainly not lightweight. They have a weight of 13.33oz each. The weight is due to the heavy rubber sole.These shoes are mesh on both sides, so super breathable. The other white parts show to be leather. There is firm padding on the footbed inside. But there is zero arch support, unfortunately. The sole is non-skid rubber.These shoes are Made in China. At the current price of 89 bucks. . .They are well over twice the price they should be.
I ordered the Jessica Simpson Women's Jayxe Sneaker thinking they would be cute and would provide ventilation to my feet. I figured these might look nice with bare feet when worn in the summer on days when I don't feel like wearing sandals (for example to a ball game.) Unfortunately, these shoes kinda miss the mark for me.For one thing, unlike my lightweight canvas summer sneakers, these are made of heavy materials that have a very rigid construction and don't feel soft or comfortable on bare feet. The fit is big, yet there are uncomfortable pressure points on either side of the front of my feet where they tend to rub and don't have much give. I can't really recommend to size up or down, because for me, the overall fit is too big, yet the shoes still squeeze uncomfortably on either side of my toe joints.For now, I'm keeping these shoes in my closet since I like the look of them, but I haven't really worn them as I have preferable and more comfortable options available to me. I honestly wouldn't really recommend these unless you're planning to wear them with socks (which will be seen through the panels on the sides.) I think these shoes are a miss and should have been made out of more comfortable, lightweight materials instead.
A great fashion sneaker. No real comfort issues. The fit runs just a bit big, even moreso compared to the usually-small Jessica Simpson standard, but not horrible either way. Recommended!
These are super cute shoes. They are see through so I would suggest wearing no sock or putting a footie sock around the insole. I did not think they were heavy like other reviewers. They are unfortunately really loud and squeaky when I walk. The noise may diminish with wear but I will be returning because it will drive me crazy.
