When it comes to long-distance running, the HOKA ONE ONE Women's Low-top Sneakers stand out for their impressive balance of comfort and performance. The breathable engineered knit upper keeps your feet cool, while the seamless synthetic overlays ensure durability without adding unnecessary weight. You’ll appreciate how the wider shoe base provides stability, allowing for a secure foot plant even on uneven surfaces.
The neutral foot support caters to runners who do not require excessive arch support, making them versatile for various running styles. However, those requiring specific support may find the Clifton 9 lacking in this area. They are incredibly lightweight, which minimizes fatigue during extended workouts, but some users report a bulkier feeling during faster-paced activities.
One of the standout features is the shoe's cushioning; designed to absorb shock effectively, these sneakers can handle long runs without discomfort. Maintenance is also uncomplicated—just toss them in the washing machine after a muddy run, and they’ll come out looking fresh.
Overall, these HOKA ONE ONE shoes are an excellent choice for female runners seeking stylish, durable, and comfortable footwear for their long-distance training sessions. While they have minor drawbacks regarding speed work and specific foot requirements, the Clifton 9 remains a top contender in the running shoe category.

These shoes provide great support and have a wide shoe box space for forefoot deformities.
Love them! Cute & comfortable
Someone recommended I try this brand, and I am so glad I did! Recently spent a few days, which always involves walking. When I got home, my feet were not hurting and tired like they usually are after a trip. This is now my go to brand for tennis shoes!
Product is more comfortable than expected. Purchase process was smooth and efficient.
I love the purple, which attracted me at first and I’d always wanted to try a pair of Hoka’s… well… these are now the main shoes I pretty much wear anytime I need to wear tennis shoes. If possible. They are super comfortable and I’m not going to lie even prettier in person. I am now a fan and cannot wait to get another pair.
I have had trouble walking for a few years now. I could never find the right shoe thinking. It was my legs, my knee, my hips. But then I was told to try these shoes out and I am on a fixed budget and I couldn’t afford them, so I said yeah no. And couple months later I said the heck with that I have got to try them. I need something to help me walk. Two weeks after having these shoes I was walking my dog for a block something I have not been able to do for a very long time I don’t care the expense. I will buy another pair .
Excellent shoe. Gives me plenty of support. My doctor recommended HOKA for my ankle and foot problems. They are awesome
Pain on bottom of foot and these shoes make my feet feel better.
