The shoe is as pictured. It's actually really cute!However, I ordered a 7 in little kids thinking maybe it would be a 7 in toddler sizes (7c) but it wasn't. So i decided to try it on because obviously its huge. I wear a 6 in big kids and it was too small. So the sizing is definitely off. I would need a 7.5
