I'm a size 7.5 but normally wear a size 8 when it comes to sneakers, because I usually like a little room for the toes. I took the plunge and ordered my normal 7.5 size and it fits just perfect and leaves just a little room to breathe. The width is just right and the arch support is comfortable. They're pretty sturdy and well made shoes with good traction at the bottom.Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase.Edited to add: The shoelaces supplied are a foot too long, being at 60 inches in length. That I had to tuck them after tying it inside the shoe because it's just too long for 7 eyelets. I had to order new shoelaces that are 48 inches in length instead which leaves a perfect length after tying them.
This is my first pair of FRYE sneakers. I have been an ECCO guy for a long time (due to how they feel on my feet). I absolutely love the quality of the FRYE shoe, but they are most definitely heavier than my ECCO's. After a long day of use, you know you have been wearing them. Other than that, they are a great shoe.
I don't feel comfortable in these shoes. They are too heavy.
I like the style -- they're a little different due to the color of the sole. They also feel solidly constructed. They're a little tight across the widest part of my foot. I'd recently chosen another shoe that I was ready to exchange until I tried a half size larger and found it way too large, so with this shoe, I stuck with the size I'd selected. I think I just have a foot that's a bit between sizes and if this pair stretches just a little through wear, they'll be fine.

Great worn leather look - fit great on my female medium/ wide width feet. I hand manipulated the back heel to soften it up before first true wearing. Very comfortable - I wear them with toe socks. Great color not too light, dark or red. Women's size 9 = men's 7M fits perfect
