Excellent pair of working shoes, very comfortable and plenty of room in the toe box for my size 9, exact fit. I wish they came in dark brown as well.
Finally a shoe that delivers. Came across this shoe after searching on Amazon for kitchen shoes. I knew Emeril would not put his name on a product that wasn't quality so I took the chance. I've worked 12 to 16 hour days on my feet in these shoes and have never been happier with a work shoe. My feet do not feel fatigued anymore. After 16 years in this industry I'm happy to say I found "the one". Great price point for ultimate support and comfort! Stylish and the ankle support is top notch as well! EDIT: 10/1/2019 4 Month past purchase and they are starting to fall apart on the seams. They have another month or so in them which is about average for kitchen shoes when working summer months and hours (lots of ovetime) These shoes will easily last an average of 1 year with a regular 40 hour week, but with 60+ hour weeks we are taking 4 months or so before you need to get a new pair ready for when they are done. They are still very comfy and I am very likely to buy them again
Cute and durable. Easy to clean off. My last pair lasted a little over a year with almost daily use and many miles put in. Easy to dress up or down and the non-slip is pretty solid (after breaking in - a lil slippery at first).Admittedly, breaking them in was tough and took a while. They wore my ankles raw and gave me blisters initially, so I recommend wearing high, thick socks to start. After they are broken in though, they were comfortable and never gave me trouble again.
Daughter loves them! Great support!
This shoe has no support at all. 2 week in, I was puttimg additional support in.
I’ve worn these to work about 3 times now. Will update review in a couple weeks. However, initial reaction to my purchase:1) they are true to size, however, not made for wide feet. I am hoping that the leather stretches and wears in and gets more comfortable after several wears.2) the memory foam is not thick. I am experiencing slight burning in the balls of my feet upon putting them on and any time I’m not actually walking around. Standing in one place is not comfortable.3) they came (pics included) with two different length shoe laces, so Quality Control must have been on lunch break when this pair went through the line.Ultimately, not as impressed as I had hoped to be. Giving this pair two weeks, and if still so uncomfortable, will be returning.*UPDATE* I couldn’t even last two weeks in these shoes. Came home this morning after an eight hour shift and my feet were in so much pain. It had gotten so bad that it was traveling up into my hips and back from walking differently to compensate. Thank God for Free return shipping. Sent them back this morning. Back to looking for work shoes :(
I've only had them for 5 months as it is time to buy me a new pair, but they work exactly how I wanted. They are most definitely waterproof and slip resistant. And I mean 100%. Walking on a smooth soapy water floor is like walking on dry concrete. No way in hell are you going to lose your balance even when running back and forth on the slippiest surface possible.I often splash hot scorching water on my feet, and these definitely protected my feet. Not a single drop made it into the shoe.If you have flat fleet like mine and aren't use to standing for 8+ hours, I advise buying Dr. Schuls insoles that is custom to your feet when wearing these. However, if you are used to having sore feet like me and are more comfortable without insoles, I think even without insoles, it's pretty great. My only complaint is that they only lasted 5 months before the seams where giving in at the soles, but I also tie my shoes pretty tight, and the abuse I have given these shoes are tremendous by how often I use them. They are incredibly reliable as any other shoe would have given in very early on than this pair did.I 100% recommend this brand to all my coworkers.Plus, they look nicer than most service shoes.
These are very comfortable, and run true to size. I love them because they don't look like typical slip proof shoes, coupled with the waterproof design, they are a WIN in my eyes!
