They fit well. Quality is very good. I’ve been wearing them in 0-teen temps. Using regular socks though your feet will get cold but if you wear wool socks you’re golden for at least a few hours if you’re stagnant. Moving around working you’ll be golden. It comes with two different kinds of laces. Regular set most skate shoes come with and another set that’s tan and thicker almost like a paradors style but not. For me they fit really well even if my right foot being slighter wider. It also has a sherpe (sp) type liner but it’s not a lot of it. Ankle support is pretty decent.I highly recommend this shoe especially if you’re working outside roofing cause skate shoes work the best with shingles
Fits great , very comfortable and excellent with my ripped jeans . Got alot of compliments on the shoes.
This review is after a month of use!Things I love about the shoes:- Very fashion forward, looks great- casual wear yet very stylish- warm - perfect for early spring, fall and winter weatherThings I didn't like about the shoes:- the sole has a very little cushion, not great if you are out and about and on your feet all day.Overall a great quality shoes as long as you add after market sole cushion.
They’re really nice! I wear a size 9.5 and it fit nicely. No issues of it hurting my feet in any way. They’re a bit bulkier than normal high tops type of style but they have a little bit of ‘fur’ inside them at the top to help warm you up. They’re sleek and comfortable.
I own a few pairs of shoes from Element, and I like the label, especially their efforts to use sustainable and recycled materials! The Sawyer Mid Sneakers are cool-looking cool weather shoes that combine boots with sneakers for a comfortable fit. That said, I've found that Element shoes run consistently narrow. If you have wide feet (I don't), I suggest skipping these altogether. The Sawyer Mid's look fantastic if you're into the suede, earth-toned look. I don't have many shoes that look like these, and I love how they look paired with jeans. The upper is soft and pliable, while the sole has plenty of comfort. These aren't great walking shoes, however. Treat these as taller skater shoes, and you'll know what to expect. The inside of the Sawyers is lined with a faux fleece material making them quite warm. For that reason, these are cool-weather shoes only.Recommended.
I absolutely love these Sawyer mid sneakers by Element! They're made with premium leather, so they're both fashionable and durable. I love the lace closure - it leaves an imprint deep enough to change the world. I can't recommend these sneakers enough! The Element Men's Sawyer mid Sneaker is perfect for any man who wants a stylish shoe that will stay comfortable all day long. With a premium leather upper and breathable mesh lining, this sneaker is sure to keep your feet cool and comfortable. Whether you're hitting the office or hitting the gym, these sneakers are perfect for any activity. I definitely recommend these sneakers to anyone looking for a great pair of lace-ups.
Element is well known for their skating accessories. If these shoes are a typical example of their activewear quality, they deserve to be just as well known for these, too. The shoes are very comfortable, even for all day way at work. They're well made too. The stitching is strong and I expect I'll wear out the bottoms long before getting a split in the stitching. They're also stable with good grip. If you're actually going to be wearing them to skate, they'll grip the board well and provide excellent ankle support. Overall, I am very happy to give full marks. 5/5!
Super hard to get your foot into -- they run narrow and feel a bit small and not great. But the biggest part is just the headache of opening it up wide enough to get your foot in and then relacing it back up.
