I've got 6 discs replaced in my spine so I need a good shoe. ECCO is a "moderately priced" brand I trust along with Gentle Souls. Those are in fact the only 2 brans (not including athletic sports sneakers like Nike) that I have ion my closet now. This is a durable leather. I love the dep blue. They are wearable all day into night without discomfort. Breathable, I can wear them withouit socks, important to me as I hate socks. Removable insoles I wash in the sink. They are decent support for a flat slip-on. May be a snug fit, might not be able to just slide your foot in without grabbing the heel. They will stretch a bit with wear, and can be stretched with shoe stretchers. The finished leather parts clean well with very damp cloth followed quickly by a dry buffing. A stiff suede brush and Angelo's suede shoecleaner take care of any of he rougher sueded parts. I use a leather cleaner on all ECCO shoes at the end of each season - they will last a good many years I've found.
Love them. Very comfortable. They look just like the picture.
Very comfortable with nice color
These are not sized correctly. They are a full size smaller than marked so if you werar a 41/US 10-10.5, buy the 11-11 1/2. I ordered a new pair size 11-11 1/2 but because they only give you 30 days to return, I missed the return date by 3 days and am stuck with the size 10-10.5.
I have a shoe from ECCO and also a boot from ECCO. Measuring 6-6.5 and perfectly matching my leg, I love this company, it is very comfortable for me.But this shoe, I was disappointed, is very beautiful, but the size is very small, in at least 2 sizes. I ordered the same size that I am used to buying at (6-6.5) ECCO, and I need at least 2 more sizes. I returned the shoes.
Absolutely love these shoes. They fit like a glove and have good arch support. They also have just the perfect amount of stretch to get them on and off easily even though they come up high on your arch. Will definitely consider a second pair.
Bellos
Way too slim. I had to work really hard to get my foot in. When I did it was uncomfortably too tight on my foot. The arch support wasn’t there which was the reason that I wanted to try a pair of ECCO shoes in the first place. Sadly, I had to return them. Might work for someone with a thin foot.
