Friend has these and I fell in love with the way they look wit leggings so I bought them too. They have arch support, fit perfectly, comfortable for walking and look great. I have gotten so many compliments wearing them. They are very soft and require no break in period at all. I have a medium/wide foot and was afraid they'd be too narrow but they fit very well. I wear them with lightly padded sport socks.
I think they are a step up from tennis shoes are far as appearance goes. Get lots of compliments when I wear them. Best of all, they are super comfortable. As far as size goes, I bought the size recommended and they were too big. I sized down to the same size that I wear in Birkenstock’s. The smaller size was a little snug but I softened up the back of the shoes (heel area) and wore them with thick socks. They stretched out quickly and fit perfectly now.
I wore around the house to break in and got a blister on one heel. Overall they are a perfect fit and exactly the color I wanted.
Very comfortable. Looks exactly as pictured. Did not rub ankle. Worn with ankle socks. I’m normally a 7.5-8, but it is the 7-7.5 that fit me correctly.
I have been wearing for many years now, have traveled extensively and logged in some serious mileage with these shoes on. I love the support and comfort. Have been ordering a new pair every year.
I purchased 4 pairs of Ecco ankle booties (all pull on, different styles & colors), and I love them all except for this one. I wish I had returned these because the back of a high-rise heel cup inside the boot digs into my ankle. I bought some heel pads that help, but that makes the boot tighter...so I'm not happy. I have some that must be the newer model that don't do that. My advice: the lower price should have tipped me off, so be sure to walk around in them for a little while to see if the back of the booties below the top digs into your ankle. Edited after a month: I broke these in and they fit just fine. No more digging into the ankle, so I raised my rating to 5*. I really like the Ecco footbed for my feet. Sorry if someone didn't buy these thanks to my first review, but you will need to break these in.
I have a few other pairs of Ecco shoes and I’m pretty sure these are not real but they were cheap and cute and are fairly comfortable so I am keeping them.
I got this for work. I like them so much that I use them everyday to run errands. I’m getting a second pair for casual wear.
