My experience with these shoes has been great. The perforated leather upper makes them extremely breathable. I suspect that I would have to wear flip-flops to get something more breathable. The soft leather appears to be high quality. The rubber soles have been durable and squeak-free. The insoles are comfortable. I'm on my feet most of the day, and these shoes remain comfortable throughout. This is my second pair. The first pair is still in great shape; I just wanted another color. By the way, don't get fooled by the cheap $30 knock-offs of this shoe. I tried the knock-off and had to return it because the quality and fit was terrible. I am gladly sticking with Ecco: excellent quality and value.
I am so happy with this shoe. it is very comfortable, has good ventilation for summer wear and is well constructed., not to mention fashionable too. I had to buy them in a size smaller, however, they seem to run big. I have two pairs and am loving them.
Great shoes, very comfortable and stylish. Only issue is EU size chart vs U.S size chart is questionable. I wear 8-8.5 in U.S. size and in EU size 40 which equates to 6-6.5. Other than size issue, I love these shoes and highly recommend.
I like these. They are not quite as comfortable as Clark's, but that is hard to achieve IMO. Style 8/10, Comfort 8/10, Fit 10/10
I have 3 pair in three colors. Very soft leather and conforms to your foot very well. Easy to maintain I just use Turtle Wax leather cleaner and conditioner. I live in NC so it is a year round shoe. Great shoe great price.
My dad bought the same pair from Von Maur so I ordered a pair for my hubby on Amazon since they had run out at the store. The shoes we received from Amazon comparatively have thin dull leather and are made in China. The ones we got from the store feel quite different to the touch , much sturdy and are made in Thailand. The shoe does run one size big. We decided to keep them Since they are comfortable for everyday wear .
ive been buying echo shoes since age 22, now im 42, and I bet when i'm 62, i'll be buying echo shoes still. they are very durable, comfortable well made out of good material. Plus the company stands behind their product too. So I say why not, you know????
The Ecco shoes were a gift for my husband and he loved them! They're very handsome and fit perfectly in the EU size 41 for his size 8 1/2 feet. The shipping was super fast. This is a great company!
