I love these shoes. I have a high arch and fit great. They are also padded inside and add to the comfort. I normaly wear a 7 1/2 to 8. I order an 8 and wouldn't even stay on my foot. Amazon exchanged them for me and I ordered a size 7. They fit perfect. I like them so much I may order a second pair in another color.
This is a nice shoe and worth the cost. But they run big in length by 1/2 a size.
First off, this shoe was obviously returned, as it was in a unmarked box, and the soles were dirty. Amazon should not sell a return as new. If it was stated as a used shoe, I probably would have still bought it, and had expectations that the shoe might look less than pristine. The shoe runs really big all around. I am always a 9, and this shoe swam on me, both width and length. It's a very cute shoe, and a nice style.

Purchased a 7N. They were still too wide. The shoes are hard and stiff and rubbed my feet. I couldn't wear them. Very little padding inside. Can't recommend.
These shoes go on easily and are as comfy as bedroom slippers. The color is neutral enough to wear with any outfit.
I usually wear a size 9 medium. The 8.5 that I ordered were so big that my foot couldn't stay in them even for one step. I returned them no problem, but I wish that the sizing had been more accurate.
Originally ordered 8 1/2 x-wide, but had to return because they were HUGE. Fit like a size 10. But they seemed well made and were super cute, so I ordered 8 wide as a replacement. Much better fit. The sole is heavier than expected, but I think that's good, and it should wear well. Very comfortable. I would recommend these. Just be sure to order a half size smaller than normal.
