I wanted a pair of sneaker type shoes to walk in. I am disabled so shoes with laces are very difficult for me to wear. When I saw these for a terrific sale price, I thought they might do the trick. And they absolutely do. Very comfortable, easy to get on and off, I love the zipper instead of laces, I love that there's no tongue, and I love that they look good. The size range is outstanding. Finding half-sizes after size 10 is often difficult. These had them. Plus there are so many widths - narrow, regular, wide, and extra-wide. I recommended them to my best friend who has difficulty finding narrow shoes, especially in sneakers, and she loves them, too. Other reviewers said to buy a half-size larger. I did and they fit perfectly. The only thing I would change is to have a little more cushioning with a little more arch support. And that was easy enough to fix by buying an insert. Now they are perfect. I hope they are still being made when these need to be replaced. I am very happy with these shoes!3 months later... I still like the shoes, but would not buy them again. For the past 6 weeks, the zipper has not been staying up. The shoes shoes almost fall off my feet. In fact, I tripped one time when they were loose. I wanted to add this because I was so enthusiastic about them originally, but now I can't recommend them at all.
For the most part, I wear Easy Spirt, I have for years.I usually wear an 8.5 wide or 9 wide depending on the style of the last.I have a high arch and a high instep this is why I wear Easy Spirit, they fit, they are stylish and affordable, especially if on sale.These looked narrow by the picture so I went with 8.5 double wide. I’m glad I did., width is good, they are a tiny bit longer than most styles I wear from Easy Spirt, but they will work.These are Ultra lightweight, they almost feel like house slippers, easy on / off and machine washable is a plus for me as I intend to wear these while working in my garden.
This is the perfect shoe to travel with and will get you through security shoe removal without a lot of hassle. The zipper is far more convenient than lace-up shoes. The shoe itself has a sturdy but soft inner sole that eases foot pain from sciatica. I like the styling and it fits as expected.The star subtraction comes from sizing confusion. The seller calls it both a men's shoe and a woman's shoe. Luckily I bought it in a woman's shoe size and this was the way to go. I ordered a second pair.
These shoes are very easy on and off with the zipper. They run a little bit large but there’s room for an insert. They are comfortable and really great for the price.
