Love these, got them on clearance at DSW. After wearing them awhile, I found them on Amazon. I bought an extra pair and the blue ones. Great shoe, true to size, very soft too.
Bought a WW size, on size bigger to accommodate the orthotic that replaced the insouls. It’s my third pair.Very comfy. No burning through the toes and ball of my foot.I prefer my original Romy color combo; beige with leopard tongue than this one. However, this one because of color was $39.00 vs. $79.00.
I bought size 11 (my regular size) in grey and light aqua. I have worn them now on a trip and for shopping. They are so comfortable! The support inside is good. They look pretty with whatever colors I am wearing. I found that if you flip through the colors, the same shoe is much more expensive in some of the other colors. I found this one cost less, and it was one of the colors I had narrowed it down to, anyway. They look nice, even when I have such a large foot.My personal preference is a flat, traditional shoelace as they don't come untied all the time. I'll probably find some that are matching and relace the shoes. Other than that I have no complaints.
I have a hard time getting shoes to fit because I have RA pretty bad, and the inflammation, pain, and swelling is excruciating sometimes. These are the first sneakers I have been able to wear for a while without pain!! !! THANK YOU!
True to size and comfortable. Shoes were on sale for under $40.
These are very nice shoes for running errands
These walking sneakers are the best from the first time you wear them and they hold up well after many walks
Not sure why Easy Spirit changed the sizing on these, but they suck now. The Romy Wide used to be my go to tennis shoe. They have definitely changed the sizing. I no longer can wear this model apparantly. The 7 wide that I have always purchased, is uncomfortable and tight. The 7 1/2 wide is way too long, and still tight. So I guess I now need a WW?? Everything about this shoe fit has changed. The toes are visibly more pointed. The older model of Romy was more rounded. The rubber is very hard compared to the older model. The suede is stiffer. And the canvas is absolutely horrible! SO stiff!! Super disappointed. This was my favorite shoe. I was so happy to have finally found a tennis shoe that I could wear my true size in, rather that have to wear 1/2 size too long.
