Slip these on every time I leave the house... very comfortable slip on.
Have only had them a short time but like them so far. Waterproof has been good in light snow and they are comfortable for dog walking and easy to get on and off.
It was difficult for me to find a slip-on that was sturdy, nice looking, water proof, and felt secured to my feet. Others I've tried were too tight, too loose when walking (heal). These are flexible but not like a Sneaker. I use these when waking on wet grass in the morning or rainy days. I can't vouch for them as a work boot, but good for hiking. My only other option was a laced boot but not with these. I'm very happy with my purchase.
The shoe itself was comfortable after a day of breaking in. The sole however started to brake down after a month of use. It has deteriorated slowly since then with the sole coming unglued in the heel of both shoes in various locations. If they weren't falling apart after a few months I would recommend them based on comfort.
Very light weight and comfortable. They did seem to slip around on hardwood and tile at first but they have gotten better after wearing them a bit more.
I enjoy loafer style shoes so that you don’t have to mess with laces coming undone and for general comfort. However with a wide foot and high instep, it is a challenge to find this style shoe. These Dunham’s fit perfectly out of the box and minimal break in. I bought them for a trip to Italy were there would be lots of walking on cobblestone streets, gravel trails and general uneven surfaces. The sole was sturdy and gave great footing without being soft like a sneaker. The loafer style was secure all day and never too tight. Great shoe and comfortable after walking 6-8 miles each day being a tourist.
Runs small and narrow, I wear 14-15 depending on the manufacturer, these weren't even close.
