At first I thought these were too expensive so I ordered another cheaper pair of the “same brand” so I could return this one later. After receiving the other one I noticed just how much better these are made in comparison. The soles have actual padding, the plastic material in the front is thicker, and the fabric around the shoe itself is about 1 inch thicker than the other one and the material just felt better. I guess it pays not to cheap out on this kind of stuff lol. I would definitely order a half a size smaller though as all converse seem to universally run half a size larger

Shoes are to big
This is the second pair I bought for my son. He has worn size 10 for years, and i bought a 9, knowing these run big. However, the 9 was still way big, so we needed up needing the 8.I was charged almost $30 for a restocking fee when i returned the first pair. Make SURE you get the correct size the first time because you’ll be out $30 if a return is necessary. I was very disappointed with this seller (not Amazon).
