Great hiking shoe! I wanted something comfortable, sturdy, light weight, stylish and affordable. I’m not an avid hiker but I do enjoy long hikes so I needed something to do the job! These shoes were perfect for our recent 14 mile hike. No blisters, (my feet started to get sore at the end but I count that toward the length of the hike) and my feet were dry! Highly recommend!
These shoes are so comfortable and perfect for hiking. Not extremely waterproof, but do wick away a good amount of moisture. Wore these with microspikes through a good amount of snow and while my feet were cold, they stayed mostly dry. Very lightweight which I love. Good ankle support. The laces are very smooth which made them come untied a few times, but I ended up double knotting them and they were perfect. True to size - I originally had gone a half size up to account for thick socks, but they were way too big so I went back to my original size and they were perfect.
I got these shoes during the prime event and I must say they are amazing. My only recommendation is that you get your own soles to put in them for foot support. Amazing shoes and so comfortable for wider feet.
Ordered size 7.5, perfect fit! I had purchased the other hiking shoes size 8, a little big for me. This pairs are just fit. Very lightweight and like the color! They are which I was looking for.
I was worried at first because I read a few reviews that the rubber separated at the toe immediately, and mine looked like they had a gap. I’ve now put 3000 miles on these boots and the gap looks the same. They’re much more lightweight than my Salomon boots. I’m just now losing support in the boots, which i feel is awesome at the price point. I have extremely narrow feet and these fit perfectly. Normal wear and tear for the miles on the boots, I couldn’t be happier with them and am buying my second pair when I get a chance.
I completed a 24 mile hike over two days. These held up nicely. It was very very muddy and wet on the hike and my shoes kept dry for the most part. If they did get wet they dried quickly. The first day in the mom was great. The second day, the pad at the top of my foot started rubbing and getting sore. The terrain was very up and down the second day though.
I am a teacher on my feet all day. These are one of my go to shoes. Mind you I did upgrade the insoles, but still the shoe is solid.
I bought these for an up coming hiking trip. I have worn them out and about and to work, to break them in before our trip. They are so comfortable & lightweight.. The color are really pretty too. I bought my normal size & have plenty of room. I've worn them comfortably with thin & thick socks. I also added insoles for extra arch support.
