This item says and still says Women's shoes, so I purchased a 9.5 for a female. I received a Men's 9.5. I am returning it for a Size 8 Men's which is 9.5 women. (Cole Haan Women's Grandpro Topspin Sneaker). The shoe is perfect, stylish and well made. I'm still trying to get them for a female. The lady at the Department store encouraged me to try them on first. Now I know why. Pro. They cost 35% less on Amazon. Con. We need more clarity where sizing is concerned.

Cole Haan seems to have a range of products some of which are of lesser standard and quality. Not this beauty. Ultra comfortable, fits well and wears even better - like you’re on a cloud. Remember to get yourself a white shoe cleaning kit so the always look as good as they feel. I strongly recommend Alloda Shoe Cleaner+Shoe Whitener, Sneaker Cleaner, Brush-Shoe Cleaning Kit
Only complaint I have is the tight toe box, but that’s due to my wider feet.

For a company that markets a luxury product, they failed to deliver on nearly every end. I've had these shoes for nearly 2 months, they are NOT my daily drivers, I only wear them on a few different occasions so I've worn them only a handful of times(3 or 4 to be exact.) I first messaged their support online and they said jokes on you since they've already been worn we can't return them but maybe try calling and we can help. I called and the lady on the phone said no problem and that if I went to customer care back online they have a shoe repair service, BUT she left out that they want me to pay to repair their horrible product. Needless to say I was very let down by Cole Haan and will likely never buy a product from them again unless there is a sincere resolution not on my dime
