Perfect color match! Comfy shoes.
Excellent, well-made, comfortable ballet slippers for all children, not just girls. True to size.(Only complaint was packaging for shipment: was sent in thin plastic envelope with no cushioning so box was crushed flat on arrival. Didn't really matter since we were keeping the slippers and didn't need the box, but if we'd needed the box I'd have been more annoyed, and it's just not very professional.)
Personally one of our favorite style of ballet shoes. Love the stretch and they last at least half a season before needing to buy another for performances and the other half of the season.Price is good as well compared to our local stores. Everyone with a dancer knows where we can save, we will save.Overall, we are satisfied and will be buying again.
Here’s the thing... These shoes were absolutely perfect. They were exactly what I needed, the correct color, the right brand… the stretchy part was even already sewn for me! (My seasoned ballet girls and dance moms know why this was such a plus lol..) however, for whatever reason, these slippers didn’t even come close to fitting my daughter. I did get the exact size that she was fitted for in this brand and was confused that they fit her younger sister instead. I did check the shoe and it was the correct size that I ordered that was printed on the inside of the shoe. Luckily I was able to use them for my other daughter, but if you really want them to fit, order them at least 2 sizes bigger than you actually want.
Great durable shoe that is comfortable with and flexible for lots of footwork. My daughter takes class 3 times a week and this shoe is holding up well.
First of all - these are fantastic shoes. It’s hard to beat Bloch quality. Our studio director recommended this brand and I can see why.That being said, the sizing info is so all over the place and confusing - I wish dance shoes weren’t so cryptic with their sizing. My daughter wears a size 11.5 or 12 kids street shoes, and has a very narrow foot. If I had followed the “official” size chart there’s no telling what we would’ve ended up with, but it definitely wouldn’t have fit! I ordered an 11.5 and they fit her like a glove. They’re snug (as these shoes should be) and she immediately marveled at how comfortable and “sock-like” they were.The elastics are tight - they will probably stretch out a bit with wear, but if your kiddo has a wider foot you might want to order a half size up or be prepared to replace the elastic.
These are nice ballet shoes. I purchased these for my daughter to wear in a performance. I ordered two sizes. She wore one, and the ones that were too small are still in their original packaging and unworn. I cannot return them because we missed the return window - because we had an unexpected death in the family immediately following the performance. Months later, I found a box of items waiting to be returned only to find out that it was too late. These shoes, size 1C, were in the box. Because these shoes are still for sale right here where I originally purchased them, it seems I should be able to return them.
