My daughter has wide feet and has comfortably recently been in size 7 shoes - I'm glad I bought size 8, because they barely fit right and anything smaller definitely wouldn't work. I think dance shoes just run small, so plan on that. The quality and feel is excellent and a good price!
They run a size or two bigger than the shoe size (maybe 1-1.5 sizes bigger in ballet shoes) - but these are the best ballet shoes, don't gape in the front and really hug the foot nicely, like ballet slippers should!!
Most of my daughters' shoes are sizes 11 and 11.5. I ordered the size 12 ballet slippers and they were a bit smaller than expected! They fit, but won't for long. I am very happy with the quality and will get these again. I love that they don't have elastic strings to tighten and tie a bow - both of my girls get so irritated with ballet shoes that have those (the bows never *look just right*).
I preferred Bloch among the three brands.Bloch is made in Cambodia. Integrated insole with cotton lining is comfortable.Capezio, ranked second, is made in Thailand. The adjustable strap is an nifty feature. The sole separates into two part and connect by mesh - interesting design but not sure of durability.Stelle, ranked third, is made in China. Semi-detachable insole could curl up over time (integrated insole is better).
I love these ballet shoes and this brand. I went up a full size from street shoes and chose wide width and they’re perfect for my 6 year old daughter who wears 13 in street shoes, with medium width feet.
Bloch makes the best ballet slippers EVER!What I love:• The soft pink color is PERFECT.•The feel and fit of these shoes is excellent.•My seven-year-old daughter has a narrow foot, but the narrow size was actually TOO narrow. The medium size fits perfectly and hugs her foot just right.• The leather is soft and has not marked up easily, which I appreciate. What I don’t love:•Nothing, actually! These are the perfect beginner ballet slippers and I will be purchasing the next size larger as long as she takes ballet.
Size wise might be on a smaller side. Otherwise good quality product.
These are beautiful ballet slippers, and seem very comfortable... but omg, very very small. Will have to re-order two or so sizes bigger.
