The BASS OUTDOOR Men's HEX Knit Pull ON Hiking Shoes excel in several key areas. First, let’s talk about comfort. The innovative BLevel technology allows for a natural movement of your feet, reducing fatigue on longer hikes. The breathable mesh material contributes significantly to the overall comfort, keeping your feet cool and sweat-free.
When it comes to traction, the BGrip outsoles make these shoes stand out. Whether you're navigating rocky paths or muddy trails, you’ll appreciate the sturdy grip that these shoes provide. This feature is particularly beneficial if you find yourself frequently hiking on varied terrains.
Moreover, the water-resistant BDry technology ensures that you can brave inclement weather without worrying about soggy socks. This makes the shoe quite versatile, allowing for use in different seasons and conditions.
However, it’s important to note that while the shoe provides great comfort and traction, some users have reported that it lacks sufficient arch support for more extended periods of use. Additionally, the pull-on design, although convenient, might not suit everyone’s preference compared to traditional laces.
Overall, the BASS OUTDOOR Men's HEX Knit Pull ON Hiking Shoe is a solid option for casual hikers and those looking for a stylish yet functional shoe that can handle light to moderate trails.

These shoes are really comfortable. The only issue I have is that they have sort of holes in the bottom of the shoe, this allows water to enter your feet. Not a great feeling. They are lightweight and they are well made. Watch out for puddles!!
Described as “water resistant” outdoor hiking shoes but the waffle configuration soles quickly get clogged with dirt and even in light rain or snow my socks get wet. Don’t buy these unless you’re planning to walk only on dry surfaces.
You can tell by the picture/description that this is a hiking SHOE and not a hiking BOOT. If you want something for really rough terrain, this wouldn't be it, as there isn't the support you would get from a boot with laces and a tougher exterior. Also, they ran a little narrower than most 11s, and the heel rubs a little. Plus they're a bit pricey, but then again, they are made by BASS. For these reasons I took off two points. They are decent walking shoes and will be OK on paths. The shoes are well-made, and look nice.In the description, they say " BLevel technology allows your body to move just as nature intended ." I don't know what that even means? Do they mean you can place one foot in front of the other? As in walking? All that being said, I don't feel I can recommend them, especially for the price.
comfortable and good fit
Item is as described but so much more. Very light weight, sure comfortable to wear and very breathable.I would recommend this shoe.
I ordered these hoping they'd be comfortable walking shoes to wear without socks. When they arrived they looked longer and narrower than the usual 10.5 size, and the ankle hole looked very small for my big ankles. I was concerned that they'd rub the widest part of my foot and also cut into the ankles, but I've been pleasantly surprised. The material is very stretchy and conforms to the foot making them comfortable without socks and my foot does not slide around in them. The softer cuff material at the ankle prevents any irritation there. I don't' think I'd wear them hiking, but I've worn them for short walks (a mile or two) with no problems, and they're now my go to summer shoe. Not sure how durable the soles will be walking on my gravel road and through forest and meadow terrain, but for now I'm happy with them. Will update if that changes.
The BASS OUTDOOR Men's Hex Knit Pull-on Hiking Shoe has no place in my life. The shoe has no tag indicating country of origin or the materials used. Both the fabric and the sole allow water to flow freely through the shoe. The sole provides no support for hiking uneven trails. At best, this would be an $80 water shoe to wear when boating. I do not recommend this shoe.
I guess you could use these for hiking but not very cushioned nor do I feel the soles will hold up to that. Shoe slips on nicely and they are quite fitted, a little tight to be exact but not necessarily uncomfortable. I do hope they stretch a little with wear. Heel does slip a bit and by no means are these big. May need to add a heel protector as a sock would make them just that much tighter. If you like a slip on sneaker that is fitted, than this is perfect for you. A little pricey too but they do look nice on.
