When it comes to iconic sneakers, the adidas Originals Men's Stan Smith is a name that stands tall. You’ll appreciate the attention to detail—from the instantly recognizable shell toe to the three serrated stripes that give this shoe its distinctive look. This model retains its core design while integrating modern elements of sustainability, making it a top choice for both fashion lovers and eco-conscious consumers.
One of the most notable aspects of the Stan Smith is its fit. Many wearers recommend sizing down by half a size due to the sneaker running larger than expected. This adjustment can make all the difference in achieving a snug fit that enhances comfort during wear.
Comfort-wise, the full-grain leather not only adds class but provides a good amount of cushioning once broken in. However, be advised that while the flat sole design works great for casual outings, it may not provide the arch support needed for those planning to wear them for extended periods or for active use.
In summary, the adidas Originals Men's Stan Smith sneaker is a stellar option for anyone seeking a blend of style, durability, and a hint of environmental responsibility. Its rich history and ongoing relevance in the sneaker world make it a worthwhile addition to your collection.

Arguably the most recognizable and beloved Adidas silhouette in the entire product stack with a long and storied history. Starting out as an actual tennis shoe in its inception in the mid 1960s to now present day being a staple lifestyle sneaker for the masses. The Stan Smith itself is just a very solid sneaker that is super versatile especially the all-white edition. Although the OG colorway with the green accents is iconic, and you can't go wrong with that one. You can dress this shoe up quite a bit but also just wear it down as well. It can be worn with countless fits and can either enhance a look or just compliment it. Some would argue that as the shoe ages and gets some "mileage" on it that looks even better. Although if your pair is starting to look particularly crusty you may want to take some time to clean them up a bit and wash the laces. As far as the comfort itself it is solid, definitely not like having boost but for a lifestyle sneaker it's good enough. The fitment is also true-to-size so whatever your normal size is with sneakers or adidas shoes in general go with that. The value of the Stan Smith is pretty decent, even more so if you can get this on sale/marked down from MSRP. It's just one of those staples I think everyone should have in their rotation regardless of your age. These have long stood the test of time for nearly 60 years and I can see them still being relevant for another 60 down the road (Assuming the quality and build of these don't rapidly decline over the years on Adidas' end).
I recently purchased my second pair of these basic white Adidas shoes, having been quite satisfied with my first pair. In terms of pricing and durability for day-to-day use, I would confidently rate them a solid 5/5. While they may not be the most extraordinary shoes on the market, their value for money is hard to beat, especially for a brand like Adidas. My experience with the first pair was quite positive, particularly after I applied a waterproofing spray. This extra step proved to be very beneficial, as it noticeably extended the cleanliness and overall look of the shoes. The waterproofing seemed to provide an additional layer of protection, keeping them pristine for much longer than I had anticipated. However, with the second pair, I decided not to apply the waterproofing spray. The difference was pretty apparent. They got noticeably scuffed after just the first wear, which makes me thing that the waterproofing somehow benefited the first pair.Overall, for anyone looking for a basic, affordable, and reliable pair of white sneakers, these Adidas shoes are definitely worth considering, especially if you're willing to put in a little work and spray them down with some waterproofing spray. Also, I after a few wears, I throw them in the wash (air dry) and they come out looking pretty good!
I like that they are nice looking and very comfortable. They are white and they go well with my jeans. Everyone should have a nice pair of these. Comfortable.
Was a bit apprehensive about the new, eco friendly Stan Smiths because the leather pair I had last acquired had served me so well. Rest assured, there’s really no noticeable difference, other than that tongue might have a bit less padding? Same minimalist style, great fit, no break in, and uber comfortable. Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth - this shoe is a steal at <$100! Also, haven’t noticed any difference between these and Gazelles from Amazon, or Adidas website at retail price.
They are very good to use. The materials are top.I dont know if its on me but over the time they have turned a little bit yellowish. If I compare the laces with the upper it looks yellowish. I always clean them with products to keep them save but it dont know if it is beacuse I walk too much with them under the sun or something like that.I ordered the same size I wear in Converse (8.5M) but I feel like they are a little loose. They don't come off while I walk, but that's what I feel.Advice: Do not tighten the laces too much, as these are marked on the skin of the tongue.
They are well made, comfortable and very nice looking. A big hit. I bought them in another color because my 22 son yr old loved them
I bought these for my son, and two of his sons. HIs father and I wore them as well. Still great looking and great quality. Very happy with the purchase.
Purchased for wife. She loves them. Uses them as an everyday walking shoe. She says they are so comfortable it is like cheating
