OH MY GOSH!! As a farmer I walk a LOT over uneven ground. These shoes are so fabulous. I have to have a lot of support and the minute I put these shoes on I knew they were for me. Highly recommend. Ordering a second pair soon since I want to make sure that when these wear out I will have a back up pair ready to go!
I didn't see any reviews for these shoes last week so here goes.I saw these shoes in person at Macy's last Monday and thought they might be just right for an upcoming trip that will involve city walking, trail walking and possibly rain. They look appropriately low-key for city walking - mostly because they are a dull gray without stripes or contrast. My feet are kind of wide. Not usually W width but almost. I ordered my usual size, 8M, and they fit my semi-wide feet just fine.Teva calls them hiking shoes and they do feel more like hiking/walking shoes than sneakers. They have a firmness to them. I'm guessing they will become a little more flexible as I break them in. We'll see. Also, I noticed after my walk yesterday that my socks were slightly damp with sweat, which I am attributing to their being waterproof. But I thought I would mention it just in case.I'm glad I bought them. They are comfortable (but not squishy) and should be versatile.
These are really cute and they seem to be very sturdy and well-made. My only complaint is that they don’t have all that much arch support which surprises me since they are Teva brand. Luckily, the insoles are removable so I took them out and put some Dr. Scholl’s arch support insoles inside and now they feel much better. I definitely recommend these shoes but you might have to do the same thing I did.
This is probably the 4th pair of shoes like these from TEVA that I have purchased over the years. They have been the absolute best shoes to work in all day. I love them!
I purchased these because I had a previous model for years. Loved that they’re pretty water proof and comfortable. My new pair only lasted a season (purchased in June and now October). Very disappointing and frustrating for the price. If I could figure out how to send them back and get a refund I would.
Shoes fit well, they are light and of good quality. It arrived on time and well packaged.
I have owned several pairs of Teva and Ahnu shoes and boots and loved them. This pair feels cheap, clunky, and pinch in the heel. I do not recommend these shoes.
Stiff shoes but I wanted waterproof walking shoes. Haven't had a chance to test the waterproofness yet it has kept sand out. Probably wouldn't buy these again.
