One standout aspect is the comfort provided by the memory foam insole. This cushioning conforms to your foot shape, providing support where it's needed most. If you're planning to hike for several hours, you'll appreciate the less fatigued feeling after a long day of exploration.
In terms of durability, the 100% leather fabric used in this shoe is impressive. It stands up well against rough terrains and adds to the shoe's overall aesthetic appeal. However, it is essential to note that some users have reported a slight breaking-in period, which could lead to discomfort if worn out of the box without prior use.
When comparing these hiking shoes to alternatives like the Merrell Moab 2 Ventilator and Columbia Men's Newton Ridge Plus II, the Skechers model shines in its waterproof capability and comfort. While the other models may offer different advantages, the combination of features in the RELMENT-SEMEGO makes it an excellent choice for avid hikers.

These are a very good and sturdy shoe. I wear them all the time outside in all kinds of weather. They have very good traction regardless of the surface. They are very comfortable. Exactly what I would expect from Skechers.
They work well as a hiking shoe for the less rugged trails and are comfortable and seem to be high quality. Shoe fit is quite individual but they fit me well, size 11.
The shoe looks great and it's comfortable especially when you first put them on. The problem is that they don't bend very well even after several weeks of daily use and regular hiking. The reason this is such a big deal is that when shoes don't flex with you they'll bite your heel. Well... that's what I call it. The top back portion that touches your Achilles doesn't move with your heel, so instead it rubs back and forth on your Achilles every time you take a step which will rub the skin off unless you do something to prevent it. I just put some small bits of medical tape on those spots which the shoes can't rub through.Four stars because while the heel thing is quite annoying, this isn't a very expensive pair of shoes so I expected at least one or two minor inconveniences. Plus they look just like the picture and again, nice and soft/comfy on the feet. I'm they'll be more tolerably flexible by the time I'm ready for a new pair of shoes :)
I have had these for a couple weeks. I walk in wet grass often and feet stay dry. Good traction, comfortable fit, I am very happy.
Normally wouldn't buy shoes without trying them on first. Found this one for 94$ and couldn't bring myself to try it. However there was a used pair for 38$ figured why not, got them and was surprised they fit really nicely and just had a bit of dirt on the bottom. Seems like someone tried them on once and returned them. My favorite part are the quick tabs on the top. Makes it way faster to take them off and put them on. Prices are going up lately so I guess they're worth the money but I couldn't pay 100 for shoes unless they were work boots.
Very comfortable shoe but it tends to fall off given any reason external interference. The insides around the toes are perfect. It needs a bigger horn on the back or something. It also feels big. Makes me feel like I’m wearing lifts.
This is definitely a shoe that is water proof. It is heavy for hiking foot ware. Still breaking it in. So far I am wearing it as a work boot out in the yard this fall. I was tired of my feet getting wet when I go out into the yard when the grass is wet. This turns out to be just what I wanted at a great price. Well it is springtime now and I wear these shoes all the time, Very comfortable even for pavement walking. I was crawling around my driveway changing tires and they did not get scuffed on the blacktop. Tthey were a great price at $41. Was thinking of ordering another pair before they are discontinued.
I like these shoes, I've reordered them before. But is there a lacing shortage? I cant tie my shoes because the laces are too short! What gives?? I robbed the laces off my old pair that are the same as this pair and they fit!
