Just purchased my 4th pair of these. I have been horseback riding in these for many years and they are way more comfortable than boots. They hold up well and are much easier to walk in than boot.
Ft Worth Stock Show Barn 3.
I couldn’t seem to locate Steed riding “tennis shoe” my preferred trail riding foot wear. I tried these boots & they are a little stiffer then I am use but do the job. They are comfortable but heavier than a tennis shoe. I normally take an 8 in a boot & they fit just fine. They seem quite durable & made well.
This is my second pair of these awesome, comfortable and durable boots. The old pair is over 20 years old and still very usable. I oil the boots before i wear them and after heavy adverse weather conditions and my old boots still are comfortable and supportive. I wear my boots daily and in social situations where boots are acceptable. You can ride safely in these boots and if there is a need to be off your horse and walk on irregular terrain these boots will provide stability. i was elated to find them on Amazon!!! Thank-you Amazon!!!!
These run short & narrow. I wear a 6.5 I ordered a 7. That helps with width typically. But these fit a size small and almost are like having narrow rather than medium width. I however like the look & construction. I will order different size and see how we do
it's great when a product continues to be as good as it always was. This is my third pair of Roper Horseshoes in 20 years. Same look, same fit and hopefully this pair will last 10 years as the others have. The steel shank gives me great support for hiking, barn chores and riding.
Love my new boots, very comfortable and fits my true size
I've had these boots about 3 months. I'm pretty hard on my boots and they seem to be ok minus the stitches broke where my foot bends on my right shoe. I'm not sure if it is a fluke, or just hard wear. The left shoe is fine in that spot. I bought a pair of these at a thrift store last year and they were awesome until the neighbours puppy stole one off my porch and chewed it up. I was sad about that so then I found them on Amazon and was good with price because I felt the first pair were pretty sturdy quality. Plus I really like the cute horse shoes on the tread. I like to see my shoe print in the dirt. Pretty comfy too.
