I’ve been through several pairs of tactical shoes and boots.Proper is the best. Comfortable, light and very functional moving up stairs, walking through rocks and running.Thank you! Finally a very professional product.
I have these shoes since February, 2021. It's now 9/17/21 and I have to replace them. Some background.... I am a retired Cop, having served for about 27 years. I now work many types of security, mostly suit and tie, and thankfully, have not had much occasion to stress my shoes like I did when on the job. I simply needed something a little more rugged that I could get away with, whether in suit and tie, or more tactical or casual situations. I tried these. I felt compelled to write this review as a public service to all my brothers out there. First of all, they barely ever worked in and the front toe box has remained pretty stiff. In general, they are pretty uncomfortable. and heavy. The inside lining started to fray and tear a few months ago, and is now pronounced, in both shoes. There is a line where the toe box ends on both shoes that looks like it will tear any minute, in addition to the material cracking in several areas of the shoe. They don't give well at all. I added an extra Dr. Scholl's insole, so that made them tolerable, but this "bargain" became more "regular" priced with that additional cost. I can't count on them to last through another work session and, after carrying an extra pair of shoes just in case they burn me at work, it's time to just throw them away. So, in general, I haven't beaten them up at all and they have still fallen apart. I recommend not buying these or any other shoe this company makes as my son- an active EMT, also owned their higher boots and they fell apart after a few months on him too. Low quality all around. BUYER BEWARE.
I liked the style and after some decent insoles they are comfy, but I've only had these shoes for 3 months and they're peeling apart. Don't buy these if you need something that'll age gracefully.
Great shoe, fit perfect as advertised, not too big or small. Grips well on wet concrete and wooden deck.
The upper of the shoe cracked after a month after purchase. The upper is only made of a thin pleather. Underneath is a white fabric that the thin pleather covered. Very disappointed. These are expensive shoes that are supposed to be tactical quality shoes for first responders. Very poor quality.
"Like a glove " Very snug but also flexible. Perfect for foot patrolling. I can leave my high top boots at home till next winter.
Ok. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend buying these if you work long shifts. Very hard on the feet. Insoles wore out immediately. Had to buy new inserts after a month. I will not buy these again
I only wore the shoe for about a month and the leather has torn
