Love this shoe. It looks like a normal runner but the vibram makes the soul sticky in every direction, and I was extremely confident, even in wet conditions, hiking on slick rock. Terrific cushioning and support highly recommended.
This is the 3rd pair of these Merrell walking/hiking shoes I have purchased. After reading the reviews for this model ( Siren 4 ). I decided to buy a size up because everyone said they ran small. I normally wear a size 5.5 in Siren 3. Sorry to say they were too big. Returned them for my normal size and they fit perfect ! The shoe feels a little more sturdy in the toe area with a better cushion on the bottom. Hope they last as long as my last pair did!
They aren’t as cushioned as the previous version of sirens. I find the arch support lacking, I purchase Merrell because I like the arch support in their shoes. There is slight heel slip, but after a short break in period I find them to be comfortable. I do prefer the tread because I don’t carry around small pebbles and have to pick them out.
I love Merrell shoes. This is my second pair and they are so comfortable. No break in period necessary. I highly recommend!
I only use Merrell at work since spine surgery. Great support and fit. Stylish.
I barely have any issues with Merrell. This pair of shoes are cute and comfy!
I bought my regular size, which fit, but the heels slipped. I might have kept the shoes anyway, but I don't like the color combos. The "Sea" shoe has a nice array of colors, but I don't consider blue a color to wear with multiple outfits. Need a brown-beige-black combo.
