When it comes to trail-ready footwear, the Merrell Women's Bravada 2 WP stands out for several reasons. The knit upper combined with a waterproof membrane ensures that your feet stay dry while also allowing for breathability during intense activities. The bellows tongue is a thoughtful feature that prevents dirt and debris from entering the shoe, enhancing comfort on rugged paths.
The shoe features a lightweight design, which is further complemented by the EVA foam midsole equipped with Merrell's Air Cushion technology. This not only absorbs shocks but also boosts stability—two essential factors when traversing uneven terrain.
The traction offered by the Merrell mountain-grade Quantum Grip outsole is impressive, giving you confidence whether you're walking on rocky trails or muddy paths. Additionally, the use of recycled materials is commendable, catering to environmentally conscious consumers.
However, some users may find that the shoe requires a short break-in period before achieving optimum comfort. Moreover, while the color palette is stylish, it could be considered limited compared to alternatives on the market.
Overall, if you’re seeking a reliable, comfortable, and eco-friendly sneaker for your hiking adventures, the Merrell Women's Bravada 2 WP is a worthy contender that combines functionality with a sleek design.

I bought these along with a couple other pair of waterproof light hiking sneakers to test which would go on a month long vacation to Australia and New Zealand. These win! Well made and comfortable-- let's hope they are equally waterproof.
I ordered these in size 10.5 because I already ordered these in a different size (10) which were a bit too narrow and I just was not sure if they would feel comfortable if I were to walk in them. These provide a bit more room but the problem is that the width is meant to be narrow and pointed at the toes for a more feminine look. It was not what I am looking for in a sneaker. I cannot speak for the durability or the long-term comfort, or the traction of the soles or most anything else.I was looking for sneakers that are waterproof . I have not tried these to find out how well they keep your feet dry so I cannot comment on that aspect.I know Merrell is a top brand name and they make good sneakers and footwear in other styles and varieties but these were just not right for me.It dos NOT mean I WON'T recommend them to others who I think may like them. These SEEM to incorporate a good deal of fashion and perhaps compromise the function .
Comfortable and water resistant, light weight, but not exactly meant for serious wet weather hiking through puddles, etc. I do like them though, for wet weather in town or on the road.
I do not have narrow feet, but these shoes run very, very wide in the toe box and also tend to cause my feet to supinate. Disappointing purchase…
This shoe is NOT waterproof which was the entire reason I purchased them. I wore them in dewy grass this morning and they were totally soaked, imagine wearing them in the rain they would be horrible. I am extremely disappointed and missed the return window because I didn’t test them immediately in wet conditions.
Although these are quite comfortable, mine soaked through in grass today. Not happy! I just bought them in March.
