The Merrell Women's Bravada 2 Sneaker excels in multiple categories, making it a versatile choice for both hikers and casual wearers alike. The knit upper not only adds a modern aesthetic but also promotes breathability, ensuring your feet stay fresh throughout any activity. One of the standout features is the use of recycled materials, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility.
In terms of comfort, the shoe's design allows for a snug yet flexible fit. The molded nylon arch shank provides substantial support, which is particularly beneficial for those who may need additional stability on uneven surfaces. Coupled with the Merrell Air Cushion technology in the heel, it effectively absorbs shocks, reducing fatigue during prolonged wear.
When it comes to performance, the Merrell mountain-grade Quantum Grip rubber outsole shines, providing exceptional traction whether you're navigating rocky paths or slippery trails. Moreover, the rock plate ensures that your foot remains protected from sharp objects, further enhancing your on-trail experience.
However, it’s worth mentioning that while the arch support is generally adequate, some users may find it lacking compared to specific hiking boots designed with more pronounced support. Additionally, if you're looking for a broader selection of colors, the options for the Bravada 2 may feel somewhat limited.
Overall, the Merrell Women's Bravada 2 Sneaker combines functionality with style, making it a worthy addition to the footwear collections of outdoor enthusiasts and casual walkers alike.

Thea shoes are comfortable and stylish. I wore them to Disneyland and my feet felt great the whole day. I have plantar fasciitis so I need shoes with arch support which this has. My feet didn’t feel pain the whole day. They are try to size.
I returned a different pair of hiking shoes because they were uncomfortable and got these instead. The difference is night and day. These are much more comfortable and seem like they are going to hold up well. I wear custom orthotics because of plantar fasciitis and the orthotics fit in the shoes really well. So far, I’m very happy with this purchase.
I have tried many different types of things to help alleviate pain in the arches & heels of my feet. After being in pain for 1 year - I can say that these shoes made a HUGE difference! These have support in just the right places. They have a slight compression, and are easy to slip on and off without tying. If you have foot pain, or are just looking for a comfortable, lightweight, supportive shoe - this one is IT! I highly recommend!
Comfortable, ran a tad shortAll one piece of materialSnug getting on but after on felt great
It was a very supportive, comfortable shoe but was very restrictive around the ankle. Hard to get my foot in and out, so I returned it.
The shoes fit perfectly for my size. They are comfortable to walk in on pavement and a flat dirt trail. They are also warm!
*Revised* It is impossible for me to get the shoes on. Tried again today with no luck - I quit after 10 minutes on the first foot. The backs/heel area squishesp down when I try to get my foot in and it is impossible to get the heel pulled back up into place. So…I have a $76 pair of shoes that I wore once so can’t return but can’t wear again. it is just too hard to get them on. Bad design. The front/top is cut way too far up allow easy on.I have a hard time getting these on. They look great, they are really comfy once I get them on but it is a struggle. I think it may because I wear a 10-1/2. They are cut so high, close to the ankle on top that it is hard to get my feet in. If they were possibly about 1” shorter in that area they would be 5 star. This probably is not an issue for people with smaller feet.Once on they are fabulous. Very comfortable with great arch support.
I’m a horseback riding country girl, and all my riding/hiking footwear is sturdy and heavy (and clunky). I bought these for a trip to New York City. Love how lightweight and easy to pack they are, and they were very comfy as I walked many many miles throughout Manhattan. I call them my city shoes because I wouldn’t want to wear them hiking through tumbleweeds and brambles due to the mesh material. I have very finicky feet and they were comfortable the whole trip on all those miles of pavement. I do swap out to my own insole (Sole brand).
