Fit and Comfort: One of the most notable aspects of the Merrell MQM 3 Sneakers is their fit. The lace-to-toe closure allows for a personalized snugness, which can be adjusted according to your foot shape. However, some users report that the sneakers can feel a bit narrow. A soft textile lining provides all-day comfort, making them ideal for long hikes or runs.
Durability: With a protective rock plate and reinforced toe cap, these sneakers are built to withstand rugged terrains. The rubber outsole offers impressive grip, ensuring you stay steady on challenging surfaces. Many users have praised the longevity of the materials used in these shoes, making them a reliable choice for outdoor enthusiasts.
Performance: The Merrell MQM 3 performs exceptionally well whether you’re scampering up steep inclines or sprinting across flat trails. Thanks to the combination of Vibram outsole and Air Cushion technology, these sneakers provide both traction and support, reducing the risk of fatigue during prolonged wear.
Style: Beyond functionality, the Merrell MQM 3 comes in multiple stylish colors, allowing you to choose a pair that matches your active lifestyle while also looking good as you hit the trails or the streets.

I finally found a replacement for my Merrell Mag 9 Trail Runners that I wore out. These shoes are light, flexible and comfortable. They look narrow but do not feel narrow. I hope they last well!
Okay, if you, like I, have grown tired of the seemingly 5,000 shades of “compliance gray”, in the world all around us, then these shoes are a great start at making the world a more cheerful place.First off, they are functional. Great arch support. I normally have to pull out what comes with the shoes and replace it with SuperFeet support. But shockingly, not this time. The black rubber edge is also very functional. It stands up to scuffs and helps repel dirt. So the shoe stays cleaner, longer. The soles are lugged; sticky, and grippy. Well, I will have to see how long they last, but they are Vibram soles, so I would hope that they will have a decent amount of wear. And of course we come to the closer reason for buying these shoes… The lovely shades of orange, balanced out with the black rubber edging. It is definitely a statement shoe, announcing your presence. If you are trying to break out of your world of graydom, this is an excellent start. The one improvement that I would suggest is a slightly wider tongue. While it does cover the top of my feet, I think it would benefit from adding 1 or 2 cm of width to the tongue.Other then that, I have had these shoes for several weeks now and I still love them. There appears to be a next generation of the model (MTL MQM) that adds some green to the heel area of the shoe… yeow! Once these wear out, I think those ones will get the nod for, “Next!”
Love the shoes and love the style and comfort. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the shorter than normal laces. I can still tie them but it’s kinda a pain in the butt and if they were a couple inches longer they would be perfect.
lightweight, comfortable, great Vibram sole. fit to size.
I have had a few pair of Merrells, and they are hands down the most comfortable footwear I’ve ever owned. The MQM is everything I need in a trail shoe- lightweight, breathable, and did I mention comfortable? The grip and traction get me through Michigan trails with confidence. Would highly recommend to anyone!
I liked the styling. Good driving shoe. I was disappointed in the quality of the material used in the shoe. The look and feel of quality was not there for the price charged.
I just tried these on and they fit perfectly. I have not had a chance (in this winter weather) to wear them outside yet, but I can tell they will be a trusted companion on my walks soon. Thank you
The shoes were comfortable, but the heel was so low and shallow, I could keep them tight enough to walk in. Heel just slipped on out every step.
