I have just repurchased these in a larger size for my daughter. I bought them last year for our trip back to the UK because I knew we'd need waterproof footwear in November but it wouldn't be cold enough for heavy boots. We got caught in a true English downpour with sideways rain that bounced off the floor with such force that we were absolutely drenched to the skin from where our waterproof jackets ended, down to our feet. Her feet were bone dry in these and they're so cute! Also love that they have the wide fit!
I never trust “waterproof” kids’ gear to be waterproof. But my kid put these to the test and kept his feet dry! They’re comfortable and holding up great. Would definitely buy again when he needs the next size.
These are beautiful shoes, picture doesn’t do them justice, beautiful colors. We have now purchased three of these in different sizes for my very picky daughter (; Tbey for great, and are very durable!
First, they fit as expected. They are nice looking, pretty light weight. I wouldn’t say fully waterproof, but highly resistant. Son loves them. The rim just below the toe is all frayed like he has been wearing them forever and they been washed too many times. Thing is he only wears them 2-3 times a week and I never washed them. So this pair does look ‘nice’ anymore, not like $60 pair of shoes.
Bought them for my daughter for school this year. Thought they would be great for wet days and hold up well for Ohio winters. I have my own pair that I've had for 10+ years.Needless to say I was mistaken. After a month you could notice the wear and threads hanging everywhere. 2 months in eyelets started tearing off. By month 3 they are reduced to barely wearable.Highly disappointed. Not sure if I would buy another pair.
Fit well, and are very comfortable. We did notice that the bottom started peeling off pretty quickly, and they became somewhat slippery. Not sure if this is just a bad pair or common to the shoe.
It's sturdy and waterproof, great for rainy days. Keep those toes dry and toasty
My daughter enjoyed her hiking boots worn during our trip through Zion, Yellowstone and Bryce Canyon. The shoes have nice grip, easy to take on and off and aren’t bad looking.
