As an automotive technician these are comfortable and lightweight for me to wear at work all day. The material seems to breathe well helping keep my feet cooler than some other shoes I've worn.I prefer the composite toe since it is less affected by ambient temperature than steel, and lighter. After wearing them for a couple of months I have no complaints.
They fit well, and look nice.If I walk more than a few hours with them, my feet are a bit sore. Maybe they'll soften up in time.
As you can see from the pic, my son is wearing them everywhere for past two days. He'd wear out his other favorite brand within 6 months, so I'm hoping these will last longer.We usually had to use Nike since they're one of the few 'good quality' shoes in my son's wide size foot. He thinks the Kodiaks are much more comfortable and I noticed that his walking gait is a little bit smoother. So far, so good. I will give myself a reminder to check in on this review in six months to see if they held up.

I bought and had to return. My fault I did not read more that it IS steel toed. Love the shoe though, I wish I could have used it
I ordered these shoes for work knowing they didn't have my exact size. I loved the colors and looks. Unfortunately, they didn't fit so I had to send them back. I was a bit disappointed because I really like how they looked and even though they were small they were very comfortable. The sizes are accurate to the actual foot size.
