The KEEN Men's Targhee 3 Low Height Waterproof Hiking Shoes excel in providing a sturdy yet comfortable option for serious hikers. With a focus on durability, the premium leather used in the upper is not only stylish but also provides protection against the elements. The shoe’s waterproof capabilities, thanks to the KEEN.DRY membrane, ensure that whether you encounter streams or rain, your feet will remain dry.
Comfort is prioritized with the mid-cut design, which offers excellent ankle support without sacrificing mobility. The removable footbed allows you to customize the support level based on personal preference, catering to diverse foot shapes and sizes.
The traction provided by the KEEN ALL-TERRAIN rubber sole is commendable. It grips well in muddy conditions and offers reliable stability on rocky trails, making it versatile for different hiking environments.
However, potential buyers should note that these shoes do have a slightly heavier feel compared to some competitors. While this might not be an issue for seasoned hikers, those accustomed to ultra-lightweight models may feel the difference. Additionally, the original fit may not be ideal for individuals with narrower feet.

I usually have a lot of pain in my feet while we working but these Keen shoes have kept my feet feet feeling great this is my second pair and I will always buy Keen shoes.
The shoe fits tightly untill broken in great for support a good shoe takes a minute to break in
Great looking shoes as well as comfortable. Great work shoes, walking shoes and fashionable enough to wear almost anywhere.
I love them the leather is 1 st grade fit is good and they are comfortable, what else do you need!
I needed a wide shoe and this one fit the bill. The toe box was perfect and kept me from having troubles with my nails, which other boots had caused. The outer shoe was great. Durable and protected my feet well with good traction. I walked for nine days on the Camino, averaging 20 miles a day. After about a week, the padding in the back of the shoe completely broke down and wore through, which started chewing my socks up. The waterproofing also started to fail. In fairness, I had about 120 "break in" miles and another 150 hard miles on the shoes with no problems (major elevations changes and rain almost everyday). I put moleskin in the heels which helped, but if I had not had that, I would have been in trouble. Great, comfortable shoe for light duty, but not up to the challenges I put it through. I would consider buying again for day hiking or shorter trips as it fil my wide foot well and was comfortable. If the interior of the shoe has been more durable, I would have given an enthusiastic 5+.
Great purchase. Great fit.
I like the product it’s good for hiking ad it’s waterproof. Thanks
I found the Targhee III toe box to be too restrictive. I returned them and bought a second pair of Targhee II’s.Other aspects of the the Targhee III design and construction more than met my expectations. I like an extremely roomy toe box.I wear boots—both low and mid tops—for light hiking, yard work, and when I’ll be walking for extended periods.
