I have several pairs of Jack Wolfskin shoes in size 11 which fit me well. But they decided to joke and made 1 size smaller. A bad joke. A very bad joke. I can't wear these boots. I can't return it. The money is gone. I don't understand this attitude towards customers.And these are not hiking shoes, but sneakers to play in the hall on a wooden floor. Sheer deception.
