I bought these boots for me because I have a wide foot. They are so comfortable that I wore them to work, walking in the flea market, and shopping. I thought I would have to break them in and didn't. I do wear thick socks with them. They are made very well. I haven't tried them in the rain yet but that is coming soon.

Fast Delivery and Very Comfortable
Love them!!!! I thought. Already falling apart. The eye hole for shoe string already cracked off, the metal ring the surrounds the hole. Shoe laces always come loose, never had a pair of shoes at 57 years old that kept coming loose. Must be the material used for shoe strings. Wish I can return them. Didn't expect American made shoes to do that!!!
If these are your style, these are the most comfortable boots I've worn in a long time. Little stiff at first but break it nicely.Hiking boot with the look of a high top tennis shoe.
Love them! They were even cheaper than the name-brand-hiking boots at the sporting goods store. They are definitely stylin'... can't go wrong with HD, in my opinion. I took them on a 4 day hike up in the mountains of Colorado. Very comfortable AND durable. I plan on wearing them on all of my camp-outings, as well as heavy-duty work at home. I'd highly recommend!
