The unique GORE-TEX SURROUND technology ensures your feet remain dry and comfortable regardless of the weather. This feature is particularly beneficial on wet trails, providing peace of mind while exploring. Additionally, the rugged rubber outsole offers exceptional traction, allowing you to navigate rocky paths with confidence.
The hidden lacing structure adds both style and functionality, protecting your feet from debris while enhancing overall durability. The FLUIDFORM DIP injection technology contributes to the shoe's flexibility, making it easier to adapt to various terrains. This means you can enjoy longer hikes without worrying about discomfort.

I have the Ecco Multi-Vent Hiking shoe in both black and white and I can say I'm very pleased overall. The quality is very good and the shoes have a solid feel on the foot. The sole design makes for a comfortable supportive feeling when walking and up on my feet. The shoes have a removable insole, which allows for personal orthotics if needed, and they're relatively lightweight as well. The shoes are supposed to have GoreTex for waterproof construction, but I haven't really tested them much in heavy rain. The leather quality of the uppers is good; it's thin leather but seems very durable. I've had my pairs for about a year and wear them a few times a week and they're holding up well.
I've been wearing Ecco shoes for years and have bought dozens of pairs. These live up to the great standard of Ecco in style, fit, comfort and performance. I highly recommend them.
Awesome shoes! right out of the box extremely comfortable. It’s hard to beat a Ecco shoe and well worth the money
First off these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! The leather looks great, and ages very nice. The leather and strings so far have held up very well, however the soles are destroyed at 8 months. At 150 i would expect the soles to last quite a bit longer. They are completely delaminating, and rotting.

Very good , very comfortable. I like the blue color of the shoes.
These shoes are comfortable. With some shoes I need to use special insoles to control plantar-fasciitis, but these have excellent support. At first I loved them. Then they got wet in the rain...and my feet were soaked. So much for Gore-Tex. These shoes leak like a sieve. My feet are soaked every time I walk in the rain or if I step in a puddle. (Mind, not a deep puddle that comes over the top, just one that gets up to the base of the leather.) Anytime they get the least bit wet they start to reek so I have to take out the insoles, pour in the baking soda and give them a few days to air out. Also, the leather looked nice, the perforations seem like a good idea, but in about 6 months of light wear, the leather had split right along the perforations.I love Eccos--other than hiking boots, every shoe I own are Eccos--but these just aren't worth it.
